Field Test 7 License Agreement

This is a legal Agreement between Survey Technologies Incorporated ("STI") and the user of STI software
delivered to user in conjunction with user's purchase of Field Test 7 (“Software”). By receiving the Software
and using it on a computer, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree
with the terms of this Agreement, promptly contact STI or the STI Distributor from whom you purchased the

1. Grant of License. STI hereby grants to user a nonexclusive, non-transferable license for the Field Test 7
Software delivered to user. The Software may be used by one person at one time and is licensed on a per
seat basis.

2. Limitations. No additional copies of any of the Software or any written materials accompanying the
Software is authorized. All such materials are copyrighted and remain the property of STI. User is not
permitted to make changes in the Software or to disassemble, decompile, or reverse engineer the
Software. User shall not transfer, sell, sublease, sublicense, assign, or rent the Software without the
written consent of STI.

3. Warranties and Disclaimers. EXCEPT AS DELIVERED TO USER IN A SEPARATE WRITTEN

DOCUMENT, STI HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR USE OR PURPOSE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL STI BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR
FOR ANY OTHER REMEDIES UNDER CONTRACT OR TORT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO
LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTIONS, LOSS OF BUSINESS REVENUE, LOSS OF
BUSINESS INFORMATION ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

4. Third Party Software. The Software incorporates the following third party software, and the use of such
software is subject to the applicable third party license terms as follows, and as updated from time to time
by such third party:

Unless required by applicable law or agreed to in writing, all third party software is distributed on an "AS
IS" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, either express or implied. See
the applicable third party license for the specific language governing permissions and limitations.

5. Access to Third Party Software. If user elects to share data collected by the Software with a third party
application, user acknowledges that it has agreed to and is in compliance with all terms of use applicable
to such third party application. The Software is capable of sharing data with Google Maps. If user shares
collected data with Google Maps, user has agreed to comply with the applicable terms and conditions
available at https://www.google.com/intl/en-US_US/help/terms_maps.html, and this license incorporates
by reference Google’s current Privacy Policy (located at http://www.google.com/policies/privacy or such
other URL as Google may provide), including all applicable consents to data collection, sharing and
usage, and user agrees to indemnify, defend and hold STI harmless from any claims, losses, or damages
related to its use of Google Maps.

6. Third Party Manufacturer Hardware/Software. All third party hardware, if any, transferred to user is
provided as is, without warranty by STI, subject only to the applicable third party warranty provisions,
terms of use, and any applicable license terms and conditions as outlined in the product documentation.
