Paper Outline

I will ask you to turn in a one- to two-page outline of your paper, providing an overview of
your argument, along with an updated annotated bibliography of at least three sources.
You should provide me with both the major points you will be making and brief summaries of
the information you will be using to back up those points.

Please provide an updated annotated bibliography, since I did update my questions. So please
make sure to provide new references to give evidence to my updated questions. Also, please
update my arguments to go along with my questions. Additionally, please create my research
paper outline and make sure that my outline for my research paper makes sense and flows
properly with the correct information and references.

Grading Rubric
The criteria by which I will grade the assignment are:
1. A clear overview of the argument you will be making. This should allow me to give
feedback on the sort of questions you’re asking—particularly whether they are the sort that
will let you develop an argument, as opposed to merely an overview of a topic.
2. A clear summary of the evidence you will be using to back up your argument. This should
allow me to give you feedback on whether the evidence you have fits with the sort of
argument you want to make or if you need to adjust your research question and/or find new
sources.
3. The inclusion of an updated annotated bibliography, with clear summaries of at least five
sources. This should allow me to see if you have appropriate and relevant sources.
