1. Introducing My Self
My name is Frengki, I,m from Sumba Island East Nusa Tenggara, I am the first of six children.
I was born in Sumba, 20 Februari 1995. Currently, my family and I live in village Weelimbu,
Sumba Barat Daya, East Nusa Tenggara. I have a musical hobby. I can play guitar, play
football, because of my love of music & sport. I have a hopefully my dream can come true.

2. Giving Advice to Patient with DM

Nurse: Sir, You have problem with your health, your sugar levels very high. This will be
danger to your body. I advice you to reduce the sweet food because that is one cause, and I
suggest you to exercise a lot, because exercise is very beneficial for health.

3. Assessment to Patient
Nurse: Sir, I will check your health, first your vital sign (pulse, blood pressure, respiration,
body temperature) :
a. Your face is very pale,
b. Pulse = 90x/minute
c. blood pressure = 170/210, you have high blood pressure
d. respiration = 29x/minute
e. body temperature = 300c
