Sub:-- For release of Gratuity amount @ Rs.15805/-annually,(included in CTC as annual

benefits)for the period since15 April 2015 up to 30th Sept. 2017.

Sir,

This Legal Notice is being served upon you and your company by the instruction and
authorization of my client Mr. Sanjay Kumar Jha, who has been on position Manager Legal in
your company named Eagle Seeds & Biotech Ltd. Indore, (M.P) , since 15th. April 2015 till he
resigned on 30th Sept. 2017 .

That my client had been appointed on CTC 65760/-per month(Gross), bearing Gratuity amount
Rs.15805/-annually, included as annual benifits. My client received net salary per-month since
his appointment till the date of his resignation, whareas he is aggrieved that you & your
company has not paid him the annual benefits of Gratuity which was part of CTC.

That you and your HR department pressurized forcefully to resigne from his position by
appointing another person as his jounier without serving prior notice to my client.

That my client served your company with dedication and oughtmost in the interest of the
company.
That Gratuity has been as annual benefit along with other benefits as part of CTC to be payable
as per your appointment terms and conditions on record, which should have been payable
alongwith F& F.

Whereas, my client received Full and Final which did not included Gratuity as per your CTC
terms and conditions as per your record.

That you and your company made the provision for the annual benefite as part of the CTC did
not pay him and withheld still even after his resignation.

That My Client had made request for the payment of benefit Gratuity @15805/-annually , on
number of times for the same through E- Mails on various dates on 25th. & 28. Oct. 2917;
10th., 11th. & Nov. 2017, 8th. Dec. 2017 , 3rd. Jan. 2018 and served mails to all respective
personnel or dept.s concerned, but you and your company did not even turned to reply of his
repeated request for release his genuine and legal claim which has been withheld at your end.

That you and your company has fraudulently with held the legal claim as above having malafide
intention against (my client) employees, amounting to exploitation and defrauding and
cheating in terms of employment with your company.

Hence, This Legal Notice is hereby served upon you and all concerned person to release the
above withheld Gratuity amount calculating from the date of appointment 15 April 2015 up to
30th Sept. 2017, within 10 days of receiving of this notice failing which you shall be liable to
pay the same amount along with interest @ 12% calculating from the date of his resignation,
also under the instruction of my client deemed to compel my client to opt for criminal and
civil suit against youall, as above and your company at Patna, Bihar, at your cost and
consequences.
