CITY RESOLUTION NO. 2009-36

A RESOLUTION EXTENDING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE IN THE

AMOUNT OF TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS
(P 2,500.00) TO THE COUNCIL OF BRGY. CABINET, THIS CITY
THRU HON. DARWIN B. REGALA, PUNONG BARANGAY TO
HELP DEFRAY EXPENSES FOR THEIR LAKBAY ARAL
CHARGEABLE AGAINST THE LEGISLATIVE CONSTITUENCY SUPPORT
PROGRAM (LCSP) APPROPRIATION OF THE SANGGUNIANG
PANLUNGSOD OFFICE, THIS CITY.

WHEREAS, presented for consideration is Brgy. Res. No. 11-

2009 of Cabinet, this City soliciting an amount from the
generous SP Members of this City thru Hon. Robert N. Cong, City Vice
Mayor and Presiding Officer to extend financial assistance in connection
with the Lakbay Aral for the Sangguniang Barangay Members;

WHEREAS, the City Government of Cabadbaran has allocated

funds cum Legislative Constituency Support Program (LCSP) under the
Office of the Sangguniang Panlungsod intended to support the needs of the
constituents and the barangays;
 WHEREAS, having found the request worthy of support, the August
Body compassionately agreed to pledge the amount of Two Thousand
Five Hundred Pesos ( P 2,500.00) chargeable against the Legislative
Constituency Support Program appropriation.

NOW THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED, by the 1st Sangguniang Panlungsod, in its 81 st
Regular Session assembled, to extend financial assistance in the amount
of Two Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (P 2,500.00) to the Council
of Brgy. Cabinet, this City thru Hon. Darwin B. Regala, Punong Barangay
to help defray expenses for their Lakbay Aral chargeable against the
Legislative Constituency Support Program (LCSP) in the Office of the
Sangguniang Panlungsod, this City.
RESOLVED FURTHER, to provide copies of this Resolution to
the City Budget Officer; the City Accountant; the City Treasurer and to the
Council of Barangay Cabinet thru Hon. Darwin B. Regala, Punong
Barangay, all of this City, for information and guidance.
