AFFIDAVIT OF CONSENT

I, CARL DAVID MILLS, of legal age, married, and a resident of

Brisbane, Australia, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law,
hereby depose and state:

1. That I am one of the children of ROBERT MILLS;

2. That our father Robert Mills entered into a second marriage to his
present wife Manuela Ramirez;

3. The spouses Robert Mills and Manuela Ramirez filed a Petition for
Adoption of the minor Jackilyn Mae M. Ramirez before a Court of
the Philippines particularly RTC-Branch 88, situated at Baloc, Sto.
Domingo, Nueva Ecija;

4. That I hereby by these presents grant my consent for the adoption

of the minor Jackilyn Mae Ramirez by the spouses Robert Mills and
Manuela Ramirez, the former being my father.

IN TRUTH WHEREOF, I have hereunto affixed my signature this
