capital solution Payroll. as a Donor Relationship Officer. And handling Retention as a Team Leader. Worked and

Job Responsibilities as a Donor Relationship Officer: -
 Face to Face interaction to Retention High Value donor in Delhi-NCR.
 Building professional relations to the donor.
 Solving all kind of queries like 80G, Project details.
 To keep updated for all the initiatives taken and programs run by the organization.
 To make the Brand name popular.
Job Responsibilities as a Team Leader: -
 Monitor and evaluate metrics.
 Identifying required actions necessary to achieve service level and quality targets.
