I am seeking a full-time position as a pastor where I can creatively lead people to Jesus Christ,
encourage a lifestyle of worship, create environments that cultivate connection and spiritual growth,
develop mentor leaders, and minister to people in their personal and spiritual needs.

As the Youth Pastor at Bible Baptist Church for the last seven years, I have seen the student ministry
grow significantly in numbers and spiritual maturity. Under my leadership, the team of volunteers
working with the youth increased from two to thirteen. Last year, the ministry saw several students
come to a saving knowledge of Christ in a predominantly believer-based church. I preach
regularly to the main congregation in the Sunday morning, Sunday night, and Wednesday night
services. Additional roles that I have experience in are as a sound and light technician, guitarist,
website designer, videographer, set designer, VBS director, and graphic artist. I would like to
invest my talents and gifts into a church that has a desire to reach people where they are.

God has gifted me with a passion for creatively communicating the timeless truths of God’s Word in a
memorable way. I often use props and other visual aids to help connect the listeners with my messages to
help them remember the timeless truths of the Bible. My passion is to reach people with the Good News and
lead them into an exciting adventure with God. I have created a strategic ministry plan and have a set of
values to which help me to accomplish the goal of reaching the youth of today. Some of the communicators
and pastors which have influenced my ministry are Andy Stanley, John Maxwell, Ed Young Jr., Doug Fields,

BACKGROUND__________________________________________________________________________________
I dedicated my life to the Lord as a student in a Fellowship of Christian Athlete’s meeting in a public high
school. After going away to college as a Commercial Art student, I felt God call me to work in the ministry.
While beginning my studies in Bible at Pensacola Christian College, I looked for every opportunity to intern
and learn about working in the ministry. In 2002, I was hired as the Associate Student Pastor to Middle
School Students. In 2004, I was promoted to Student Pastor by the Pastor and Church. For nearly two
years, during a major transition time, I was called upon to preach and lead worship for the Sunday morning
services in addition to maintaining my role as Student Pastor. In 2007, I moved from South Florida to
Central Florida, and took a full-time position as the Youth Pastor at Dundee Baptist Church. Shortly after
moving, I met my wife Brandee, through the introduction of mutual youth pastor friend, and we were
married on February 14, 2009. I transitioned to Bible Baptist Church in Kissimmee after spending four and
a half years in Dundee. At Bible Baptist Church I serve in several roles. The main roll I currently function in is
the youth pastor. However, I currently teach Bible at Heritage Christian to the senior class as well as run the
high school chapel services each week. As the youth pastor, I brought stability to a ministry that had many
changes in a short period of time before me. Under my guidance, we instituted small groups and a live
worship band to our series-based Wednesday night program, Elevate. In May of 2019, I finished my
undergraduate studies at Trinity Baptist College in Jacksonville, Florida and am currently pursuing my
master’s degree in Biblical Studies. My wife and I currently reside in St. Cloud with our two beautiful
daughters, Anna (6) and Emma (3).
