MARRIAGE MINUTE
Since Easter, we’ve been hearing about the rapid growth of the early Church, mostly due to the
example of the Christians, whose lives were radically different than those around them. In short,
they heeded Jesus’ commandment to “love one another.” We can courageously be “different” in
our marriages by:
• Prioritizing our marriage by attending marriage retreats and workshops
• Not criticizing or “venting” about our spouse to others
• Being humble enough to apologize when we’re wrong
• Learning to share faith and prayer with our spouse
These types of behaviors can take sacrifice—of time or our comfort. But by acting differently, we
build a different kind of marriage: one filled with deep respect, passionate romance and unbridled
joy! Equip your marriage this June with Every Day in Love. www.archkck.org/everyday

Attention all high school students! Don’t miss out on this great opportunity to come together with young people
from all over the country, hear amazing speakers, and grow in your faith! The National Catholic Youth
Conference (NCYC) is this November 21-23, in Indianapolis, Indiana. You can find out more about this year’s
event at http://www.ncyc.info/ and also find out how to get registered http://www.archkck.org/ncyc. Registration
is open through June 1st. Talk with your Youth Minister to let them know you are interested!
