1. The HI • bebe Doppler
1.1 The Intended Use of the HI • bebe Doppler
HI • bebe is a pocket-sized fetal doppler that measures the fetal heat rate(FHR) and outputs the fetal
heart sound through a built-in speaker. Measuring the FHR gives an indication of fetal well-being.

2. How to use your HI • bebe

2.1 Operational Requirements
• The ambient temperature and humidity of the HI • bebe should to be 10℃∼40℃ and 30% ~ 85％.
• Handle with care.
• Avoid dust or flammable materials.
• When changing the batteries, make sure the batteries are inserted correctly.
• When detaching the probe from the main body, slide the probe upwards to prevent damage.
2.2 How to use ?
• Turn the power and volume switch counterclockwise to turn the device on and adjust the volume level.
• Apply a liberal amount of ultrasound gel to the face of transducer (end of the probe).
• Place the transducer directly against the abdomen, just above the point where the pelvic bones meet.
• Search for the fetal heart by slowly moving the probe around until the fetal heart sounds are heard.
• Search for the position which can get the clearest heart sound.

• When the input signal is good and stable, FHR will appear on the screen and the solid heart rhythm indicator
will flash as shown in Figure.
• When the input signal is not stable, the outline heart rhythm indicator will flash.
• If the voltage level of battery is lower than the required level, the battery low message ”bat Lo” will
appear. In this case, the unit will not functional correctly and the batteries should be replaced.

2.3 Basic Clinical Information
The fetal heart rate range is normally between 120 – 160 BPM (beats per minute). 
Should the fetal heart rate remain outside this normal range for an extended period,
please seek advice from your obstetrician.
2.4 Maintenance and Cleaning
To keep clean, wipe the body and probe regularly with an alcohol based clinical wipe.
Do not use the following agents: lacquer, thinner, ethylene or an oxidising agent as these could damage the device.
Do not under any circumstances immerse the device in cleaning fluid.

3. General Information and Specifications.

• HI • bebe is classified as listed below;
- Type-BF.
- Internal electrical equipment according to IEC/EN 60601-1
- This equipment conforms to Level B according to IEC/EN 60601-1-2
• Turn the power off after use. If you do not turn the power switch off, 1 minute later, the sound will be
muted automatically. In this case, a single “beep” sound will be heard. 3 minutes later, the system will
go to sleep mode. In this case two “beep” sounds will be heard. The display will be turned off. In this
mode power very little power is consumed. If you want to wake up the device from sleep mode,
turn the power off and then 1 second later turn the switch on by turning the switch counterclockwise.
• 1.5Vⅹ2(AA Type) Batteries are used for the system power. Do not use any other type of battery.
Use of the wrong battery type may damage the equipment.
• Federal law restricts this device to sale by or on the order of a physician.
• Do not open the device cover or disassemble the device. Refer servicing to qualified personnel of
Bistos Co., Ltd.

1.1 HI ・ bebe の使用目的
・HI・bebeは、胎児の心臓拍動を探知・測定する機器で心拍数を表示し、心音をスピーカーから出力します。
・胎児の心臓伯同数を測定によって胎児の健康状態を確認できます。

2. 簡単な使用方法
2.1 使用時の注意事項
• 温度10℃～40℃、湿度30%～85%の範囲で使用してください。
• 落としたりぶつけたりしないように注意してください。
• ほこりや引火性物質が場所での使用は避けてください。
• 乾電池の交換時には特に、極性に注意して正しく挿入してください。
• 本体からプローブを分離する時は、上方に押し上げながら分離してください。
2.2 使用方法
• 電源・音量スイッチを回して電源を入れ、好みの音量を設定してください。
• プローブの表面(センサー面)に適量の超音波ゲルを塗ってから使用してください。(短時間の間なら、水を使用しても構いません。)
• 胎児が居ると推定される位置の腹部の上にゲルを塗ったセンサー面を当ててください。
• 胎児の心拍音が聴こえるまでプローブをゆっくり動かしてより鮮明な音が聴こえる位置を見つけ出してください。

▶ HI・bebe LCD(心拍数と音の両方が測定できるモデル)
• 安定した信号が測定されると、下の左側の図のように心拍数が表示されるとともに、中の詰まったHeart Rhythm記号が点滅します。
• 不安定な信号が測定されると、中の空いたHeart Rhythm記号が点滅します。
• 乾電池の残量が少なくなると、画面に[bat Lo]と表示されます。この時は、乾電池を交換してください。

2.3 簡単な臨床知識
• 一般的な胎児の心臓の拍動数は、120～160 bpm(beats per minute)です。
• 胎児の心拍数が持続的に上記の範囲から外れている時は、専門医に相談してください。
2.4 維持と清潔
• 臨床用のアルコールを利用して本体とプローブを定期的に拭いてください。
• 機器を液体に浸けたり、シンナー、ラッカー、エチレンなどは使用しないでください。

3. 一般事項及び仕様
• HI・bebeの電気的特性は下記のとおりです。
- Type-BF
- 電気規格：IEC/EN 60601-1
- IEC/EN 60601-1-2によりLevel Bを充足します。
• 使用後には電源を切ってください。電源が入った状態で放置しておくと、1分後に[ピー]という音が鳴り、
3分が経つと、[ピ、ピ]と鳴るとともに全ての機能が停止します。
• 上記の状態で再び使用する時は、電源・音量スイッチを回し電源を切った後、電源を入れなおしてください。
• 使用する乾電池は1.5Vⅹ2(AA Type)です。(または1.2V充電式乾電池)
規格外の乾電池を使用すると、故障の原因になりかねます。
• 機器を任意に開けたり組立てたりしないでください。

2. 如何使用您的HI • bebe
2.1 操作要求
• HI • bebe需在操作温度10℃∼40℃ 以及相对湿度30% ~ 85％的情况下使用
• 小心操作
• 避免尘土和易燃物接触
• 确定恰当地插入电池
• 将探头拔出主机时，防止探头脱落损坏
2.2 如何使用 ?
• 旋转电源和音量开关，启动设备并调整音量水平
• 将超声波胶凝体适量地涂抹在探头末端
• 将超声波探头直接接触孕妇腹部
• 寻找胎儿心脏，缓慢移动探头圆心，直到听到婴儿心音
• 搜寻可能得到最清晰心音的位置
▶ LCD液晶显示
• 当输入信号良好稳定时，FHP将会显示在屏幕上，心率节奏显示为实心标识
• 当输入信号不稳定时，心率节奏显示为空心标识
• 如果电池电压低于要求水平，低压信号“bat lo”将会显示。这种情况下，使用功能将受到影响，应更换电池。

2.3 基 础临 床信息
胎儿心率的正常范围为120-160次/每分钟，如果超出此范围，请咨询医师。
2.4 维护 保 养 与清 洁
保持清洁，用软布蘸取酒精清洗主机和探头
严禁使用亮漆，稀释剂，乙烯或者氧化剂，否则会损坏仪器
严禁将仪器置于液体中

1. Der HI • bebe Doppler
1.1 Zweckbestimmung:
HI • bebe ein Fetaler Doppler im Taschenformat, der die fetale Herzfrequenz misst und optisch im display anzeigt,
sowie akustisch über einen eingebauten Lautsprecher wiedergibt. Die Messung der fetalen Herzfrequenz kann als
Indikator für das Wohlsein des Kindes herangezogen werden.
1.2 Lieferumfang:
1 Grundgerät, 1 Tube Ultraschall Gel, 1 Tragetasche, 2 x 1.5V Batterie, 1 Bedienungsanleitung

2. Bedienung des HI • bebe Fetaldopplers

2.1 Betriebsbedingungen:
• Die Ungebungsbedingungen beim Einsatz des HI • bebe sollten im Bereich von 10℃∼40℃ und 30% ~ 85％ liegen.
• Vorsichtig einsetzen!
• Vermeiden Sie staubige und entflammbare Materialien
• Beim Batteriewechsel ist von Ihnen sicherzustellen, dass die Baterien korrekt eingesetzt werden.
• Zum Entnehmen der Ultraschallsonde aus der Halterung, muss diese nach oben geschoben werden.
2.2 Anwendung:
• Zum Einschalten den EIN/AUS-Schalter gegen den Uhrzeigersinn drehen und so die Lautstärke justieren.
• Geben Sie eine großzügige Menge Ultraschallgel auf die Oberseite der Sonde.
• Platzieren Sie die Sonde nun direkt am Bauch oberhalb der Symphyse.
• Suchen Sie das kindliche Herz durch langsames Bewegen der Sonde, bis die Herztöne zu hören sind.
• Suchen Sie die Position, an der die kindlichen Herztöne klar und deutlich zu hören sind.
▶ HI • bebe LCD-Display
• Sobald das Eingangssignal gut und stabil ist wird die kindliche Herzfrequenz (FHR) im Display angezeigt und der
Indikator für den Herzrythmus blinkt wie in der Abbildung dargestellt.
• Ist das Eingangssignal nicht stabil, blinkt der Herzrythmusausgangsindikator.
• Wenn die Batteriespannung unter die benötigte Spannung abfällt, wird im Display der Hinweis ”Bat Lo” angezeigt. In diesem
Fall ist keine korrekte Funktion des Gerätes mehr gewährleistet, die Batterien müssen sofort ausgetauscht werden.

2.3 Physiologischer Herfrequenzverlauf:
Normalerweise bewegt sich die Herzfrequenz des Kindes im Mutterleib zwischen 120 – 160 BPM (Herzschlägen
/ Minute). Sollte die Frequenz des Kindes über einen längeren Zeitraum außerhalb dieses Bereiches liegen,
konsultieren Sie bitte unverzüglich Ihren Frauenarzt.
2.4 Reinigung & Aufbereitung:
Um das Gerät und die Ultraschallsonde sauber zu halten, wischen Sie es bitte nach jedem Gebrauch mit einem
normalen klinischen Reinigungs/ Desinfektionsmittel auf Alkoholbasis feucht ab. Niemals die nachfolgend
aufgeführten Substanzen zur Reinigung verwenden: Verdünnung, Ethylene und oxidierende Substanzen können das
Gerät nachhaltig beschädigen. Das Gerät darf nicht in Flüssigkeiten ein- oder untergetaucht werden!
3. Grundlegende Informationen & Spezifikationen
• Der Fetaldoppler HI • bebe ist klassifierziert wie nachstehend beschrieben:
- Typ-BF
- Das Produkt entspricht der IEC/EN 60601-1
- Das Produkt entspricht der IEC/EN 60601-1-2 Klassiviziert nach Level B
• Schalten Sie das Gerät nach der Benutzung aus. Wenn Sie das Gerät nicht abschalten wird das Tonsignal automatisch nach
1 Minute stummgeschaltet. Dieses wird durch einen Einzelton gekenn-zeichnet. Nach 3 Minuten geht das Gerät nach Ertönen
eines Doppeltons in den Stand-By Modus über. Das Display wird zum Einsparen von Batteriekpazitäten abgeschaltet. Um das
Gerät erneut einzu-schalten, Sie es zunächst für ca. 1 Sek. aus und dann durch Drehen entgegen dem Uhrzeigersinn wieder an.
• 1.5Vⅹ 2 AA Typ Batterien werden zum Betrieb des Systems benötigt. Es dürfen keine anderen Batterien
verwendet werden. Andere Batterietypen können das Gerät beschädigen.
• Nationale Gesetze können den Einsaz bzw. Vertrieb dieses Gerätes auf die Anwendung durch einen Arzt beschränken.
• Bauen Sie das Gerät nicht auseinander. Das Gerät darf auch nicht geöffnet werden. Die Wartung und
Reparatur dieses Gerätes ist Bistos Co., Ltd. oder dem nationalen Vertriebspartner vorbehalten.

2. Comment utiliser votre HI • bebe

2.1 Recommandations
• La température ambiante et l'humidité du HI • bebe doivent être comprises entre 10℃∼40℃ et 30% ~ 85％.
• Manipuler avec soins.
• Éviter la poussière ou les matières inflammables.
• Lorsque vous changez les piles, assurez-vous qu'elles sont insérées correctement.
• Au moment de détacher la sonde du boitier, faites glisser la sonde vers le haut pour éviter les dommages.
2.2 Comment utiliser l'appareil?
• Pour allumer l'appareil et augmenter le volume, tourner dans le sens anti-horaire et ajuster le niveau du volume.
• Appliquer une quantité généreuse de gel échographie sur le capteur (fin de la sonde) .
• Placer le capteur directement à l'encontre de l'abdomen, au niveau des os pelviens.
• Rechercher le cœur du fœtus par des mouvements lents jusqu'à ce que le cœur du foetus émette des sons .
• Rechercher la position qui permet d'obtenir le meilleur son fœtal.

• Si le signal d'entrée est bon et stable, le pouls foetal apparaît sur l'écran et l'indicateur du rythme cardiaque

• Si le niveau de tension de batterie est inférieur au niveau requis, le message de batterie faible "bat Lo"
s'affiche. Dans ce cas, l'appareil ne fonctionne pas correctement et que les piles doivent être remplacées

2.3 Informations cliniques
Le rythme cardiaque fœtal est normalement compris entre 120 - 160 BPM (battements par minute). 
Si le rythme cardiaque fœtal reste en dehors de cette gamme sur une période prolongée,
s'il vous plaît demander conseil à votre obstétricien.
2.4 Maintenance et Entretien
Pour garder propre, essuyer le boitier et la sonde régulièrement avec un alcool médical.
Ne pas utiliser les agents suivants: laques, diluants, éthylène ou un agent oxydant,
ceux-ci pourraient endommager l'appareil.
N'immerger en aucun cas le dispositif dans le liquide de nettoyage.

• Éteignez l'appareil après utilisation. Si vous ne l'avez pas éteint, 1 minute plus tard, le son sera
automatiquement mis en sourdine. Dans ce cas, un seul «bip» sonore se fera entendre. Après 3 minutes ,
le système se mettra en mode veille. Dans ce cas, deux «bip» se feront entendre. L'affichage est désactivé.
Dans ce mode peu de batterie est consommée. Si vous voulez sortir l'appareil du mode veille,
éteignez l'appareil et puis 1 seconde plus tard, tourner la molette dans le sens anti-horaire.

2. Cómo utilizar tu HI • bebe

    2.1 Requisitos operacionales
       • La temperatura ambiente y la humedad de la HI • bebe debe ser 10 ℃ ~ 40 ℃ y 30% ~ 85%.
       • Maneje con cuidado.
       • Avoid dust or flammable materials.
       • Cuando cambie las pilas, asegúrese de que las pilas se han insertado correctamente.

    2.2 ¿Cómo usarlo?
        • Gire el interruptor de potencia y volumen en sentido antihorario para girar el dispositivo y ajustar el nivel de volumen.
       • Aplique una cantidad liberal de gel de ultrasonido a la cara del transductor (extremo de la sonda).
        • Coloque el transductor directamente contra el abdomen, justo por encima del punto en el que el cumplir los huesos pélvicos.
        • Buscar el corazón fetal se desplazan lentamente por la sonda hasta que el corazón fetal se escuchan los sonidos.
       • Búsqueda de la posición que puede conseguir el sonido más claro del corazón.

   2-4 Mantenimiento y limpieza

O HI • bebe é um monitor fetal de bolso que afere a frequência cardíaca fetal (FHR) e gera um sinal sonoro para o batimento
cardíaco através de um alto-falante embutido. A leitura de FHR é utilizada na avaliação do bem-estar do feto.

2. Como utilizar o HI • bebe

2.1 Exigências
• A temperatura e umidade do ambiente de funcionamento do HI • bebe devem estar entre 10℃∼40℃ e 30% ~ 85％.

• Encontre o local em que o som cardíaco possa ser ouvido mais nitidamente.

• Quando o sinal de entrada for forte e instável, a FHR será mostrada na tela e um indicador sólido, em formato de
coração, piscará conforme mostra a figura.

• Se o nível de voltagem da bateria estiver abaixo do adequado, a mensagem "bat Lo” será mostrada.
Caso isso ocorra, o aparelho não funcionará corretamente e a bateria deverá ser substituída.

2.3 Informações clínicas básicas
A faixa de variação de frequência cardíaca normalmente é 120 – 160 BPM (batimentos por minuto). 
Se a frequência cardíaca permanecer fora dessa faixa normal por um período prolongado,
consulte um obstetra.
2.4 Manutenção e limpeza
Para manter o aparelho limpo, passe lenço com álcool para uso clínico na sua estrutura e na sonda.
Não utilize laca, tíner, etileno ou agente oxidante, pois esses produtos podem danificar o equipamento.
Em nenhuma hipótese o aparelho deve ser submerso em fluido de limpeza.

3. Informações gerais e especificações.

• A classificação do HI • bebe é:
- Tipo-BF.

- O equipamento é da classe B, conforme IEC/EN 60601-1-2
• Desligue no botão liga/desliga depois do uso. Se esse botão não for desligado, após 1 minuto, o nível do volume
será zerado automaticamente. Nesse caso, um único bipe será emitido. Passados 3 minutos, o sistema
entrará em hibernação. Quando isso ocorrer, dois bipes serão emitidos. A tela será desligada.
Nessa condição, há um consumo muito reduzido de energia. Para reativar o aparelho a partir da hibernação,
desligue o aparelho e gire o botão liga/desliga no sentido anti-horário, um segundo mais tarde.
• Baterias 1.5Vⅹ2(Tipo AA) são usadas para alimentar o sistema. Não use outro tipo de bateria.
O uso de baterias incorretas pode danificar o aparelho.

2. Cara menggunakan HI • bebe anda

2.1 Persyaratan Pemakaian
• Suhu udara dan kelembaban dari HI • bebe sebaiknya 10℃∼40℃ dan 30% ~ 85％.
• Gunakan dengan hati-hati
• Hindarai debu dan bahan-bahan yang mudah terbakar.
• Ketika mengganti batere, pastikan batere terpasang dengan benar.
• Ketika melepas probe dari Bagian Utama, geser probe ke atas untuk menghindari kerusakan.
2.2 Bagaiama cara menggunakannya ?
• Putar tombol power dan volume berlawanan arah jarum jam untuk menghidupkan dan mengatur volume.
• Gunakan gel ultrasound yang cukup di permukaan transducer (ujung probe).
• Letakkan transducer langsung ke perut, sedikit diatas pertemuan tulang pelvis.
• Cari jantung fetal dengan menggerakan probe secara perlahan sampai suara jantung fetal terdengar.
• Cari posisi yang mendapat suara jantung paling jelas.

• Ketika sinyal bagus dan stabil, FHR akan muncul di layar dan indikator ritme jantung akan berkedip
seperti pada gambar.
• Ketika sinyal tidak stabil, indikator (gambar tidak terisi) ritme jantung akan berkedip.
• Jika voltase batere lebih rendah dari yang dibutuhkan, berita "bat Lo" akan muncul. Dalam hal ini
alat tidak akan berfungsi dengan benar dan batere harus diganti.

2.3 Informasi Klinis Dasar
Detak jantung fetal normal biasanya antara 120 – 160 BPM (detak per menit). 
Jika detak jantung diluar batasan normal dalam waktu yang lama segera minta pendapat ahli.
2.4 Perawatan dan Pembersihan
Untuk menjaga bersih, lap bagian luar dan probe secara teratur dengan pembersih berbahan dasar alkohol.
Jangan gunakan bahan berikut : lacquer, thinner, ethylene atau pelarut lain karena dapat merusak alat.
Jangan pernah merendam alat dalam keadaan apapun.

1. HI • bebe 란?
1.1 HI • bebe 의 사용목적
태아의 심장박동을 탐지·측정하는 기구이며, 심박수를 표시하고 심음을 스피커로 출력합니다.
태아의 심장 박동수를 측정해 봄으로써 태아가 건강한지 예측할수 있습니다.
1.2 제품의 구성
본체(1EA), 초음파 겔(1EA), 가방(1EA), 1.5V 건전지(2EA), 사용 설명서(1EA)

2. 간단한 사용 방법
2.1 사용시 요구 사항
• 온도 10℃∼40℃, 습도 30% ~ 85％ 범위에서 사용하십시오.
• 떨어 뜨리거나 부딪히지 않게 조심해서 사용하십시오.
• 먼지가 많은 곳이나 인화성 물질이 있는곳은 피하십시오.
• 건전지 교환시에는 특히 극성에 주의해서 바르게 삽입하여 주십시오.
• 본체로부터 프루브를 분리할때는 위쪽 방향으로 밀어서 분리 하십시오.
2.2 사용 방법
• 전원 및 볼륨 스위치를 돌려서 전원을 켜고 적절한 볼륨크기가 되도록 조정 하십시오.
• 적당량의 초음파 겔을 프루브 표면(센서면)에 바르십시오. (짧은 시간동안은 물을 사용할수도 있습니다.)
• 태아가 있다고 추정되는 위치의 복부 표면에 겔을 바른 프루브의 면을 대십시오.
• 태아의 심박음이 들릴때까지 프루브를 천천히 움직이면서 가장 깨끗한 소리가 들리는 위치를 찾으십시오.

▶ HI • bebe LCD (심박수, 소리 둘다 측정되는 기종)

• 안정된 신호가 측정되면 아래 좌측 그림과 같이 심박수가 표시되며 Heart Rhythm 기호의 내부가
채워진 형태로 점멸합니다.
• 불안정한 신호가 측정되면 Heart Rhythm 기호가 외곽만 점멸합니다.
• 건전지 전압이 떨어지면 화면에 ”bat Lo” 가 표시됩니다. 이때는 건전지를 교체하여 주십시오.

2.3 간단한 임상 지식
일반적인 태아의 심장 박동수는 120 – 160 bpm(beats per minute) 입니다.. 
태아의 심박수가 지속적으로 위 범위를 벗어나면 전문의와 상담하십시오.
2.4 유지와 청결
임상용 알코올을 이용해서 본체와 프루브를 주기적으로 닦아 주십시오.
장비를 액체에 담그지 마시고 신나, 래커, 에틸렌 등은 사용하지 마십시오.

3. 일반사항 및 사양
• HI • bebe의 전기적 등급은 아래와 같습니다.
- Type-BF.
- 내부 전기적 사항은 IEC/EN 60601-1 규격에 따릅니다.
- IEC/EN 60601-1-2에 따른 Level B를 만족합니다.
• 사용후에는 전원을 끄십시오. 사용하지 않는 상태에서 전원을 끄지 않았을 경우에는 1분 후에는
"삐"소리와 함께 소리가 멈추고, 3분 후에는 "삐" 소리와 함께 모든 기능이 멈춤니다.
모든 기능이 멈춘후 다시 사용하고자 할 때에는 전원 스위치를 돌려서 전원을 끈후에 다시 켜서
사용 하십시오.

• 사용하는 건전지는 1.5Vⅹ2(AA Type) 입니다. (또는 1.2V 충전식 건전지)

다른 건전지를 사용하면 장비가 손상될수도 있습니다.
• 임의로 장비를 열거나 조립하지 마십시오.

• 기호의 정의
