Abdi. We are currently undergoing a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Banking at Mogadishu
University, as partial fulfillment of the degree, we are required to conduct a research about
Evaluation of performance appraisal system and its effects on employee performance in
commercial banks we are pleased to inform you that you have been selected to participate in
