Manpower assistance for Inspection clearance of all activities carried out by Contractor such as fitup, assembly, testing etc. and final clearance of complete job. Identification of return balance material. Contractor to ensure retum of balance ‘material to Purchasers stores Fabrication of temporary structures, jigs, fixtures, spiders, enabling steel etc. and. scaffolding work required for completing the work. Internal transportation of material within Purchaser's premises which shall be hnandied as per job requirement. Manpower assistance for all other activities such as recelving, handling, leading, unloading, singing, shifting, material collectionireturn etc, required to complete the work satisfactorily. Loading/unloading and collection of Purchasers free issue items from stores, Manpower assistance for Stage & Final inspection clearance by Client / Cent's Representative (L&T / BVIS / NARC). Housekeeping, removal of scrape, stacking of material etc. araund work place. Contractor shall keep his working area neat & clean. In case contractor fails to do so the same shall be done by purchaser at the contractor's cost ‘Submission of dally manpower reports and progress reports to Purchasers site incharge duly certified by L&T site engineer. Handing over the site in cleaned conditions to the satisfaction of L&T’s engineer. Contractor shall submit monthly reconciliation statement alongwith running bil 2.44 — Machinery of tools issued on temporary basis shall be returned by contractor Immediately on expiry of the period mentioned in request, failing to do so contractor is liable for hite charges decided by L&T and shall be deducted from contractor's monthly bil. 2.18 Contractor shall full all the points mentioned in this P.O. 3.0 APPLICABLE DRAWINGS: Please find the list of drawings as per attached annexure Ill NOTE : Latest revision of the drawings shall always be referred. Contractor shall destroy or return the ABSOLETE drawings to L&T, Contractor shall not be eligible for any payment for jobs done with the obsolete drawing after issue of the revision, 4.0 SCOPE OF PURCHASER'S WORK: ‘Co-veelination with Third party Surveyor for inspection clearance at various stages. 5.0 PLACE OF WoRI ‘This work shall be cartied out at our Modular Fabrication Faclity at Hazira, 6.0 GONTRACTOR'S SCOPE OF SUPPLY: 8.1 All manpower supply including AMERON certified bonders / technicians holding valid certificate and good supervisors as per job requirement and instructions from purchaser's site incharge. 82 Contractor shall have his own planning and quality control engineers & ‘supervisors. Contractor shall submit details of key personnel for approval of L&T before starting the work. Contractor shall not make any changes without L&T's permission in manpower approved by L&T. 8.3 Contractor shall have his own personnel computers and should be able to plan and to workout detail schedule as well as manpower requirement. 64 —Alltools, tackles, equipments, welding machines, compressors, driling machines Up to 30mm, hydraulic jacks up to 60 MT Etc. Contractor shall mobilize all special tools and machines required to carry out work at his own cost. 8.5 Allconsumables except adhesive, welding electrodes and industrial gases. 6.8 Safety items like helmets, goggles, welding screens, gloves, safety shoes, work vests, ear plugs, ete for contractor personnel. Contractor shall deploy qualified safety marshals for each area of working and contractor's safety marshals will report fo L8T's safety officer.
