I. Presence of Wellness Condition

Readiness for enhanced capability for :


Health management

Subjective:
 “Nag babanyos kami pag may lagnat para bumaba yung lagnat.” As verbalized by the
daughter of the head.
 “Pagkatapos pupunta kami sa Gambang doon sa Health Center, para mag pacheck up
tuwing may sakit.” As verbalized by the daughter of the head.
 Pinapainom ko ng mga gamot tsaka vitamins na kailangan at nireseta ng doctor pag
may nagkasakit samin” as verbalized by the daughter of the head.
 “Kumpleto mg bakuna ng anak ko, pinapabakuna ko sa Gambang noon saka ako rin
nakalimang TT vaccine” as verbalized by the daughter of the head.
Objective:
 With no misconceptions about health,
 Going for consultation if someone is sick in the family.
 Taking prescribed medications/supplements.
 With complete immunizations of the children in the family.

Spiritual Well Being

Subjective:
 “Nagsisimba kami tuwing linggo kasama ko mga anak ko,minsan pati si mama saka
yung kapatid ko.”
 “Si Lord talaga karamay naming sa lahat, pag may nag kasakit samin, nag pra-pray
over kami.”
Objective:
 Family is active and participates in activities in Church. Seen the daughter of the head
with the wife of the head going to Church to attend meeting of the parish members.

II. Presence of Health Threats
