Latar belakang & bertujuan: Diare memiliki konsekuensi negatif untuk

Diterima 30 Agustus 2017 pasien neurologis diberi makan panjang periode. Kami meneliti efek
Diterima 3 Januari 2018 dari makan tabung dengan makanan alami dalam mengurangi jumlah
flevakuasi feses cairan dan diare pada pasien neurologis sakit kritis.
Kata kunci: Diare Feeding tabung Makanan alami Metode: Sebuah uji coba terkontrol multisenter, prospektif, open-label
Pasien neurologis dan acak (RCT) dilakukan di fasilitas di Jerman yang mengkhususkan
diri dalam rehabilitasi awal setelah kerusakan neurologis. Pasien
kelompok INTERVENSI diberi makan dengan tabung menggunakan
produk yang tersedia secara komersial berdasarkan makanan nyata
seperti susu, daging, wortel, sedangkan pasien KONTROL menerima
pakan tabung standar yang terbuat dari bahan baku bubuk. Semua
nutrisi enteral yang diterima selama maksimal 30 hari. Jumlah defekasi
dan konsistensi setiap tinja menurut Bristol Stool Chart (BSC) dipantau.
Selain itu, kalori harian, cairan dan penggunaan antibiotik dicatat.
Hasil: 118 Pasien yang menderita stroke iskemik, perdarahan
intracerebral, cedera otak traumatis atau kerusakan otak hipoksia dan
membutuhkan nutrisi enteral yang terdaftar; 59 secara acak menerima
intervensi dan 59 pakan kontrol. Tidak adasignifikanyangperbedaan
dalam data klinis screening, usia, jenis kelamin, periode observasi atau
hari di bawah nutrisi enteral antara kelompok. Pasien dalam kedua
kelompok menerima jumlah kalori dansetara cairan yang. Di kedua
kelompok antibiotik sering diresepkan (69,5% dalam kelompok
INTERVENSI dan 75,7% pada kelompok KONTROL) selama 10e11 hari
rata-rata. Dibandingkan dengan kelompok KONTROL, pasien dalam
kelompok INTERVENSI mengalami signifikanyangpenurunan dari
jumlah evakuasi tinja berair (tipe 7 BSC) (minus 61%, IRR ¼ 0,39, p
<0,001). Evaluasi statistik lebih lanjut menggunakan koreksi berikut:
pembaur utama yang berhubungan dengan diare (jumlah dan durasi
antibiotik); periode observasi yang lebih pendek selama 15 hari; tidak
termasuk pasien dengan Clostridium diffiCile terkait diare (Cdad) dan Per
Protocol Penduduk, confirmed hipotesis utama. Jumlah hari dengan
diare secarasignifikanlebih rendah pada kelompok INTERVENSI (0,8 ±
1,60 hari dibandingkan 2,0 ± 3,46 hari).
Kesimpulan: Pemberian makan dengan makanan berbasis alami efektif
dalam mengurangi jumlah defekasi berair dan diare pada pasien
neurologis sakit jangka panjang yang diberi makan tabung,
dibandingkan dengan mereka yang diberi makan dengan tabung
standar.

3.4.1. Frekuensi dan konsistensi
