Transformer is one of the most important thing in the electrical energy
distribution, and because of that transformer management is a must for
preventing an operation failure, according to the number of the GTT imposition in
Rayon Sumberpucung there are 5 GTT with over 80% loading. And for preventing
the operational failure on the transformer, we have to consider the results of the
maintenance, tool's suitability, thermovision results, analysis of unbalance load
and its loads progression.
After doing analysis of maintenance result on transformer L0460 found the
amount of insulation resistance under the recommended amount, the amount of
their primary-secondary is 50 MΩ, Primary-body 45 MΩ, and secondary-body 20
MΩ. while from the thermovision result on GTT L0460 and GTT L0098 the
temperature of the connection is over 50°C. if reviewed from the loading, the
loading on all GTT is allowed based on the calculation of long peak load that are
allowed, but for the load progression on all GTT is over the standard. Therefore
the management step that can be done are transformer mutation, uprating
transformer, or adding more additional transformer.
