RENT AGREEMENT

This Rent Agreement is made on dated: 15.05.2017 by Muhammad Arshad Abbasi S/O
Muhammad Sajawal Khan CNIC# 61101-2015807-7. Add: House no# 243-A, Street
no# 35 Sector F-10 1 Islamabad. First Party of the Agreement.
AND
SPROUT CHICKS (PVT) LIMITED. Add: 7/1 E, 3 MAIN BOULEVARD
GULBERG 3, LAHORE Second party.
That the expression of the term , MUHAMMAD ARSHAD ABBASI and M/S
SPROUT CHICKS shall mean and include their legal heirs successors , assigns ,
representative etc. Whereas the owner is MUHAMMAD ARSHAD ABBASI and in
possession of the property OF: Brahma Bahtar Jhung and has agreed to let out the
entire property and the poultry shed, to M/S SPROUT CHICKS and M/S SPROUT
CHICKS has agreed to take the same on rent of Rs. 83,334/- (Eighty Three
Thousand Three Hundred Thirty Four Only) per month.
NOW THIS RENT AGREEMENT WITNESSETH AS UNDER:-
1. That M/S SPROUT CHICKS shall pay as the monthly rent of RS. 83,334/-
(EIGHTY THREE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED THIRTY FOUR
ONLY) per month, excluding electricity and water charge.
2. That M/S SPROUT CHICKS shall not sub–let any part of the above said
premises to anyone else under any circumstances without the consent of
Muhammad Arshad Abbasi.
3. That this tenancy agreement is granted for a period of 5 YEARS only
commencing from JULY, 2017 TO JUNE,2022 and this lease can be
extended further by both the parties with their mutual consent on the basis
of prevailing rental value in the market.
4. That M/S SPROUT CHICKS shall pay Electricity & Water charge as per actual
consumption.
5. That M/S SPROUT CHICKS shall permit Muhammad Arshad Abbasi or his
Authorized agent to enter in to the said premises for inspection/general checking
or to carry out the repair work, at any reasonable time.
6. That M/S SPROUT CHICKS shall carry on all day to day minor repairs at
his/her own cost.
7. That this Agreement may be terminated before the expiry of this tenancy
period by serving One month prior notice by both parties for this intention .
8. That M/S SPROUT CHICKS shall use the above said premises for Official
Purpose Only.
9. That both the parties have read over and understood all the contents of this
agreement and have signed the same without any force or pressure from any
side.

In witness whereof Mr. MUHAMMAD ARSHAD ABBASI and on behalf of M/S


SPROUT CHICKS (PVT.) LIMITED have hereunto subscribed their hand on DATE: 15
MAY, 2017. Above mentioned agreement take place in presents of the following
