NOTIFICATION
NO.S0 (G)/PSHD/10-212017. The department conducted the process for the procurement of
Testing Service/Management firm for carrying out tests of candidates for various recruitment in
Primary & Secondary Healthcare Department, DGHS Office Punjab, IRMNCH, PSPU, PMU,
Development Wing, Procurement Cell, Minister Delivery Unit, all Vertical/Preventive Development
programs under P&SHD recruitment of paramedics & other staff of DHOsiTHQs/RHCs/BHUs/
Dispensaries, support / technical staff at District Health Establishments including
CE0s/D0s/DDOs health and other office at district level or any other related organization under
P&SH department. After evaluation of technical & financial aspects, the department has approved
the Financial Proposal submitted by M/s National Testing Services subject to the condition that
the firm will perform testing services as per terms & conditions /standard operating procedures to
be finalize by the Primary & Secondary Healthcare Department. The detail is as under

Street No. 4, H- department, 1-birdwood Candidate Rs. 325/-
8/1, Islamabad. road Lahore. (in case of Specialized Tests from BS- Candidate
16 to onward)
Note:
Advertisement will be published by Primary & Secondary Healthcare Department (P&SHD) and
Allied Department at their own expenses.
The Specialized Nature of Test & Nature of the Specialty of the Experts for the development of the
Question Bank, Test Syllabus, Area & Skills to be tested will be decided/approved by the P&SHD
in each Category of Test. The Question Bank thus developed will be the property of P&SHD.

The candidates will deposit testing fee in specific branches of Banks. In addition to
secrecy, transparency and confidentially of the all activities, the quality & accuracy of result shall
be responsibility of the National Testing Service (NTS). The publication of the advertisement (two
daily newspapers One English & One Urdu) shall be the responsibility of the Primary &
Secondary Healthcare Department (P&SHD) and Allied Department at their own expenses.

M/s National Testing Services shall deposit stamp papers for signing of Agreement.
Failure to proceed further shall constitute a breach of the contract and the Procuring Agency shall
be entitled to make other arrangement and the risk and expenses of NTS. Other terms and
conditioned agreed through bidding document will remain the same.

request to upload this notification on the official website of P&SHD and also e-mail the
same to all procuring agencies of P&SHD.
