Introduction
Black holes ! what is a black hole? are they dangerous? We know they exist
yet we know very little about them well at least what happens inside one to
find that out you’d have to take a trip inside one . But one can not do that
without knowing the consequences . Isn’t that scary well today it’ll be my job
to inform you as best I can on black holes based off of the research i have done
.
WHAT IT IS
According to Wikipedia “A black hole is a region of spacetime exhibiting such a
strong gravitational effects that nothing including particles and electromagnetic
radiation such as light can escape from inside it . The theory of general relativity
predicts that a sufficiently compact mass can deform spacetime to form a black
hole” .

But is this what a black hole actually is? let’s see another answer.

According to science nasa .gov “a black hole is anything but empty space rather it
is a great amount of matter packed into a very small area , think of a star ten times
more massive than the sun squeezed into a sphere approximately the diameter of
new york city “.
THE SUM OF IT

With the two different yet fairly similar answers in the last slide the sum
of what my two sources have stated a black hole results in the answer
of large amounts of energy that’s swallows anything around it because
of gravity due to the great amount mass it as although compact into
small area .now you if you didn’t know what gravity is , it’s the force
between two objects with mass . The more mass the greater the
gravitational pull .
HOW A BLACK HOLE IS FORMED
Anything can become a black hole mathematically speaking once
compressed into a small enough space called a schwarzschild radius
which everything has . A schwarzschild radius is the point where if
something was compressed into a area so small due to its mass the
density would be so great that it’s gravitational pull would be so great
light wouldn’t be able to escape hence the term black hole .
WHAT HAPPENS IN A BLACK HOLE
Anything that enters a black hole can’t escape since nothing is faster
than the speed of light , The event horizon the maker for the outer
boundary of the black hole is where gravity is strongest or strong
enough for the event horizon to even exist .
WHY A BLACK HOLE IS CALLED A BLACK HOLE
Well a black hole is called a black hole simply
because of the fact not even light can escape it .
it’s so powerful once light is sucked in there’s no
way out almost as if it vanishes . if we were to try
to find a black hole (which we have) it would
difficult because you wouldn’t see the black hole
itself you would just see the matter and light
being bent around it picture having a glass
sphere in front of a white backdrop and trying to
spray it with a hose you wouldn’t know the
sphere was there until you noticed the anomaly .
I hope the information on black holes I have given suffices for a good explanation
as to what a black hole is , and i hope it has bettered your understanding as it has
mine with the research i’ve done , if you find my explanations insufficient feel free
to do your own research
