 Conduct incident reporting and investigation.
 Perform hazard assessments associated with light, noise and air quality.
 Provide input towards tool box talk. JSAs.
 Issue of PPE, Updating the PPE register/ files.
 Daily HSE inspection of work areas.
 Recoding of daily machinery checklists.
 Preparing of emergency charts and safety reminders files.
 Updating weekly statistics.
 To coordinate and monitor the implementation of the requirements of safety
management plan and arrange continuously daily safety monitoring to ensure
compliance & effectiveness.
 Participate in emergency response activities and investigate all industrial
accidents /incidents/near misses involving personnel plant & equipment and may
