We are calling your attention to the rehabilitation of your PANAFLEX SIGNAGE. We sent
your office a letter for the SIGNAGE REHABILITATION dated December 18, 2018. We also called
on your office for follow-ups numerous times. As of time of writing, it cannot be denied that there
have been no significant improvements nor developments.

We are constrained therefore to give your office until May 10, 2019 to rehabilitate your
signage after which we shall remove the your signage and make available the signage
space to other tenants.
