Paduan di antara ilmu Naqli dan Aqli serta budi pekerti yang mulia adalah teras utama
membentuk generasi cemerlang dan masyarakat berilmu.

Mengintegrasikan ilmu Naqli dan Aqli untuk mentransformasi dan menghasilkan nilai kepada
negara, ummah dan manusia sejagat.

Bertekad menjadi sebuah institusi ilmu terkehadapan yang berteraskan pengajian Islam dan

1. Falsafah pengajaran dan pembelajaran yang menggambarkan kesarjanaan

1.1 Pernyataan falsafah yang jelas dengan kepercayaan dan nilai

Falsafah pendidikan kebangsaan menyatakan bahawa


“Pendidikan di Malaysia adalah suatu usaha yang berterusan untuk
mengembangkan lagi potensi individu secara menyeluruh dan bersepadu
untuk mewujudkan insan yang seimbang dan harmoni dari segi intelek,
rohani, emosi dan jasmani berdasarkan kepatuhan kepada Tuhan. Usaha ini
adalah untuk melahirkan rakyat Malaysia yang berilmu pengetahuan,
berketrampilan dan berakhlak mulia, bertanggungjawab dan berkeupayaan
mencapai kesejahteraan diri serta dapat menyumbang terhadap keharmonian
dan kemakmuran keluarga, masyarakat dan negara”.

Secara khususnya, objektif utamanya ialah untuk melahirkan individu yang harmoni dan
makmur yang dapat menyumbang embali kepada keluarga, masyarakat dan negara melalui
proses atau usaha yang berterusan menggunakan kaedah-kaedah yang bersesuaian. Individu
yang akan terbentuk adalah seimbang dan harmoni dari segi intelek, rohani, emosi dan jasmani.
Input kepada masyarakat yang seimbang adalah ilmu pengetahuan yang berteraskan kepada
epatuhan kepada tuhan.

Manakala Falsafah USIM pula menyatakan

“Paduan di antara ilmu Naqli dan Aqli serta budi pekerti yang mulia adalah
teras utama membentuk generasi cemerlang dan masyarakat berilmu”

Falsafah Pendidikan Kebangsaan dan falsafah USIM dilihat adalah selari namun penekanan
khusus kepada paduan ilmu Naqli dan Aqli untuk mencapai objektifnya.

Justeru itu saya mempunyai falsafah yang juga selari dengan FPK dan falsafah USIM iaitu
diringkaskan kepada Dunia Dapat Akhirat Dapat (DDAD) iaitu merangkumi kedua-dua ilmu
iaitu ilmu Aqli dan Naqli untuk meneruskan kehidupan dan kejayaan di dunia dan akhirat. Ia
selari dengan falsafah pendidikan Islam itu sendiri yang berkisar kepada tujuan manusia itu
diciptakan iaitu untuk beribadah kepadaNya (Surah Az-Zariyat:56).

1.2 Pernyataan teori yang mendasari falsafah pengajaran dan pembelajaran

Falsafah pengajaran dan pembelajaran didasari oleh beberapa teori-teori moden seperti Teori
Pembelajaran Behavioris, Teori Pembelajaran Sosial, Teori Pembelajaran Kognitif dan
Teori Pembelajaran Humanistik.

Teori pembelajaran behavioris yang diperkenalkan oleh Ivan Pavlov (1849 – 1936) ke atas
anjing untuk mengukur tindak balas pengeluaran air liur terhadap makanan dan penggunaan
bunyi loceng. Ia dikembangkan oleh Edward Thorndike (1874–1949) dan Burrhus Frederic
Skinner (1904–1990) berpendapat bahawa pembelajaran adalah berkaitan dengan perubahan
tingkahlaku (Model Pelaziman Klasik). Bagi Thorndike dan Skinner, prinsip asas pembelajaran
(tingkah laku) adalah dipengaruhi oleh unsur peneguhan (peneguhan positif dan/atau peneguhan
negatif) yang boleh mendorong individu meningkatkan tingkah laku, dan denda yang boleh
menghentikan tingkah laku yang tidak diingini (Model Pelaziman Operan).

Ahli-ahli behavioris mempunyai tanggapan bahawa sebahagian besar daripada tingkahlaku


manusia dipengaruhi oleh ransangan dan persekitaran. Khalim Zainal (2008) menyatakan
perasaan, pemikiran dan tingkah laku pelajar dapat dikawal, diukur, dan diramal setelah
peneguhan dan dendaan diberikan kepada mereka. Pemberian peneguhan dan dendaan yang
diberikan ketika proses pembelajaran bertindak meneguhkan tingkah laku dengan sangat efektif
dan berkesan.

Teori pembelajaran sosial adalah kesinambungan daripada teori pembelajaran behavioristik


yang telah di pelopori oleh Bandura (1977). Teori Bandura menekankan bagaimana manusia
dipengaruhi oleh persekitaran melalui peneguhan dan pembelajaran dari pemerhatian. Pelajar
dapat mempelajari samada dari melihat peneguhan positif dari persekitarannya iaitu jika
rakannya mendapat pujian kerana dapat menjawab soalan dan juga dari pemerhatian dari model
seperti kanak-kanak meniru gaya agresif orang dewasa.

Teori pembelajaran seterusnya yang mendasari falsafah pengajaran dan pembelajaran yang
dipegang oleh saya ialah teori pembelajaran kognitif. Teori kognitif adalah gaya manusia yang
menjadi pendorong untuk bertindak mengikut pemikiran mereka. Menurut Stanley dan Hopkins
(1990) pengetahuan kognitif termasuklah ativiti yang berhubungan dengan proses mengingat
dan mengenalpasti maklumat. Ia adalah asas kepada kurikulum dan perkembangan pendidikan.
Kognitif merupakan proses penanggapan, pembinaan konsep, penaakulan, penilaian dan
penyelesaian masalah. Manakala psikologi kognitif ialah satu pendekatan kajian bertujuan
memahami bagaimana manusia menyusun dan melaksanakan aktiviti mental yang melibatkan
proses perolehan, penyusunan, per"akilan, penyimpanan, pengulangan dan penggunaan
pengetahuan yang membantu manusia memahami dan menyelesaikan masalah demi
menyesuaikan diri dengan persekitaran yang sentiasa berubah-ubah dan merancang bagi
menghadapi masa depan.

Teori yang terakhir yang saya rasakan ianya dapat mencapai falsafah pembelajaran dan
pengajaran adalah teori pembelajaran humanistik. Teori ini menekankan untuk mementingkan
isi pembelajaran berbanding bagaimana proses belajar berjalan. Keberhasilan suatu
pembelajaran menurut teori ini adalah ketika ada keinginan dari dalam diri seseorang untuk
belajar, mengetahui informasi baru, sehingga terjadi asimilasi dalam struktur kognitifnya.
Justeru itu, penekanan isi yang berunsurkan kepada ilmu naqli dan aqli adalah amat penting
untuk memanusiakan manusia itu.

2. Pernyataan strategi keseluruhan tentang kaedah pengajaran/penyeliaan dan penilaian

2.1 Perancangan dan pelaksanaan yang dilakukan terhadap pengajaran

1. Kuliah Sebelum satu-satu topik dijelaskan, pelajar akan dijelaskan


mengenai ‘learning outcome’ yang sepatutnya akan dicapai di
akhir sesi kuliah. Sesi kuliah dilaksanakan berdasarkan tajuk-
tajuk yang dinyatakan di dalam course outline. Penyampaian
kuliah dilaksanakan menggunakan kaedah semuka atau
digital. Ini bagi memastikan para pelajar menjadi aktif dalam
sesi kuliah. Para pelajar dibenarkan untuk bertanya soalan
sepanjang sesi kuliah. Sesi soal jawab juga diadakan di akhir
setiap kuliah untuk memastikan pencapaian hasil
pembelajaran bagi setiap topik. Untuk memastikan sesi kuliah
agar lebih interaktif, bahan pengajaran disediakan dalam
bentuk slide presentation dan video yang berkaitan dengan
topik yang diajar.

2. Perbincangan dalam Kaedah penggunaan kajian kes digunakan bagi memastikan


kumpulan (Kajian pelajar dapat menerapkan teori-teori yang diajar terhadap kes
kes) yang diberikan. Kajian kes yang digunakan samada diambil
melalui buku-buku teks atau dimuat turun melalui website-
website.

3. Tugasan berkumpulan Para pelajar dibahagikan dalam kumpulan kecil (4-5 orang)
dan mereka akan memilih syarikat yang bersesuaian dengan
kursus mereka untuk dikaji. Pelajar perlu menemuramah
pemilik syarikat dan mengenal pasti elemen perniagaan yang
ada di dalam syarikat tersebut. Di akhir semester mereka akan
membentang laporan yang berkaitan iaitu laporan lawatan
industri dan laporan Business Model Canvas (BMC). Aktiviti
ini mampu meningkatkan lagi kefahaman pelajar terhadap
subjek yang diikuti.

3) Mid Term Exam 10%. There will be one mid-term exam, which represent 10%. Each exam
question will tie directly to one or more of the chapter-learning outcome. The Mid Term
Exam will be worth 10% towards student’s total course grade.

2.2 Perancangan dan pelaksanaan yang dilakukan terhadap penyeliaan pelajar siswazah
(Sarjana dan Doktor Falsafah)

Adalah menjadi tanggungjawab setiap pensyarah di universiti dilantik untuk menjadi penyelia
kepada pelajar siswazah yang mengikuti program sarjana dan Doktor Falsafah, khususnya
Doktor Falsafah (Ekonomi dan Muamalat). Penyeliaan di peringkat ini memerlukan kepada
komitmen, persefahaman dan juga ilmu terhadap sesuatu yang mendalam. Di peringkat fakulti,
pemilihan penyelia akan dilakukan mengikut bidang kepakaran setelah mendapat persetujuan
dari para pensyarah melalui mesyuarat yang akan dilakukan. Tugas penyeliaan bermula setelah
mendapat surat lantikan sebagai penyelia daripada Pusat Pengajian Siswazah (PPS), USIM.

Perjumpaan dengan pelajar akan dilakukan untuk memahami tajuk penyelidikan yang ingin
dijalankan oleh pelajar secara terperinci. Perbincangan seterusnya akan diadakan untuk
membantu pelajar didalam menulis tesis. Perjumpaan akan diadakan setiap minggu. Garis
panduan yang ditetapkan oleh USIM berkaitan dengan aspek ini akan dipatuhi iaitu penyelia
hendaklah berinteraksi dengan pelajar sekurang-kurangnya dua (2) kali sebulan pada semester
pertama dan sekali (1) sebulan bagi semester seterusnya.

Pelajar juga di nasihatkan untuk mematuhi peraturan dan memahami proses QT, Pre Viva dan
Viva disamping penekanan penulisan tesis yang baik. Pelajar juga akan dibantu dengan
memastikan draf tesis dibaca dan diberi komen penambahbaikan sehingga pelajar sudah cukup
bersedia untuk menghantar tesis.

Di akhir proses penyeliaan, saya akan mencadangkan dan menasihati Pusat Pengajian Siswazah,
USIM dalam proses penamaan dan penilaian kepakaran pemeriksan luar dan dalam untuk proses
viva.

2.3 Perancangan dan pelaksanaan yang dilakukan terhadap penilaian


Bagi kursus yang diikuti oleh pelajar sarjana muda, penilaian yang dijalankan adalah
merangkumi perkara-perkara berikut. Contoh-contoh soalan disertakan di lampiran A.

1. Kuiz/Ujian pertengahan Kuiz / Ujian pertengahan semester ini akan


semester dijalankan pada minggu ke-8 pengkuliahan.
Soalan-soalan yang diberikan adalah berkaitan
topik yang telah diajar dari minggu pertama hingga
minggu ke-7. Bentuk soalan menilai kefahaman.

2. Laporan tugasan berkumpulan Setiap tugasan berkumpulan perlu menghantar


laporan hasil tugasan. Tarikh akhir penghantaran
laporan telah ditetapkan pada minggu pertama
pengkuliahan. Penilaian akan diberikan
berdasarkan ketepatan isi laporan dengan objektif
tugasan. Persembahan laporan juga akan diambil
kira dalam aspek penilaian laporan seperti
mempunyai elemen pendahuluan, isi utama,
kesimpulan dan senarai rujukan.

3. Pembentangan laporan tugasan Pembentangan laporan bagi setiap kumpulan


berkumpulan dinilai berdasarkan kepada kebolehan pelajar
membentangkan hasil tugasan dengan jelas kepada
pelajar lain. Kebolehan ini diukur dengan melihat
sejauh mana para pembentang berjaya menjawab
soalan-soalan yang diberikan oleh pensyarah dan
pelajar lain serta penggunaan laras bahasa yang
jelas dan mudah difahami.

4. Peperiksaan akhir Penilaian melalui peperiksaan akhir semester


dijalankan di akhir setiap semester. Format
penilaian adalah 100 soalan objektif dan masa yang
diperuntukkan adalah selama 3 jam.

Dalam penilaian pelajar pasca siswazah, pelajar yang mendaftar secara mod penyelidikan dinilai
secara berterusan melalui format yang disediakan oleh Pusat Pengajian Siswazah, USIM.
Penilaian ke atas tesis pelajar merangkumi penilaian sewaktu sesi qualifying test, di mana
pemeriksa adalah dilantik di kalangan kakitangan akademik di fakulti. Manakala sesi penilaian
akhir iaitu iaitu sesi viva-voce akan di nilai oleh seorang pemeriksa daripada USIM dan 2 orang
pemeriksa dari luar USIM.

3. Kreativiti dan inovasi serta impaknya terhadap pengajaran dan pembelajaran

Dalam aspek pengajaran dan pembelajaran, antara kreativiti dan inovasi yang diterapkan adalah
penggunaan media alaf baru seperti penggunaan live online class, video yang berkaitan
pembelajaran dan penggunaan perisian abad ke 21 seperti telegram dan whatsapp. Penggunaan
perisian bigbluebutton, youtube dan facebook juga digunakan untuk kelas yang dijalankan secara
atas talian. Ini dapat memudahkan pembelajaran secara atas talian dan memperkenalkan secara
berperingkat pembelajaran diatas talian. Walaubagaimanapun, kekangan teknologi seperti akses
capaian internet yang terputus masih lagi menjadi halangan utama pembelajaran alaf baru ini.
Walaubagaimanapun ia dapat diatasi dengan memastikan pembelajaran atas talian ini direkod
bagi menyelesaikan masalah pelajar yang menghadapi akses talian. Contoh-contoh video
pembelajaran yang telah direkod dikongsi di youtube dan facebook untu kemudahan capaian
pelajar.Pembelajaran menggunakan perisian terbaru ini dilihat adalah sangat relevan, signifikan
dan berkesan untuk generasi muda.

4. Penilaian dan testimonial pengajaran dan penyeliaan

Penilaian pelajar terhadap kualiti pengajaran dan pembelajaran dapat membantu pensyarah
menambahbaik pengajaran mereka. Penilaian pelajar juga boleh digunakan sebagai satu ukuran

5. PENAMBAHBAIKAN PENGAJARAN DAN PEMBELAJARAN SERTA
PEMBANGUNAN PROFESSIONAL

Bagi memastikan proses pengajaran dan pembelajaran sentiasa dipertingkatkan dari masa ke
masa, saya telah mendapatkan maklum balas daripada pelajar secara berkala. Maklum balas
tersebut diambil kira dalam proses membuat penambahbaikan. Antara penambahbaikan yang
telah diambil ialah menyediakan buku rujukan utama yang bersesuaian dengan konteks Aqli dan
Naqli. Ini adalah kerana rujukan buku perniagaan yang sedia ada adalah hasil penulisan penulis
barat yang tidak mengupas tentang ilmu naqli.

6.1 Perkongsian ilmu dan amalan pembelajaran dipelbagai peringkat

6.1.1 Media Sosial

Perkongsian pembelajaran di dalam media sosial seperti facebook, youtube dan telegram banyak
dijalankan oleh saya. Ia dilakukan diatas minat untuk menyebarkan ilmu kepada masyarakat secara
umumnya. Buat masa ini saya mempunyai lebih dari 7000 pengikut di FB peribadi, dan hampir 20,000
pengikut di FB page. Sementara itu saya mempunyai seramai 1900 pengikut di dalam telegram husus
untuk pembelajaran pelaburan.

is recognized as fard kifayah. The ummah are encouraged to accumulate
wealth through permissible business activities. Because of that, they should
have knowledge and skills to enable them to be involved in business
activities and achieve the success as Muslimpreneurs. This subject aims to
enhance students’ understanding on the importance of business and factors
