- De acuerdo a la Ley General para la Prevención y Control de los Riesgos del Consumo
de Tabaco, Ley Número 29517, está prohibido fumar en las habitaciones. En caso se
verifique el incumplimiento por un huésped de lo especificado en el presente párrafo,
dicho huésped será afecto de una penalidad ascendente a 250 dólares americanos.
- El horario establecido para el Check – in es a las 12m. y el de Check – out es a las 10 a.m.
- Mascotas. Sólo está permitido el ingreso de animales de servicio debidamente
certificados. Se deberá coordinar con el hotel al menos una semana antes de su llegada.
- El hotel no se responsabiliza por la pérdida o daños de dinero, joyas y/u otros objetos
de valor. Rogamos a nuestros huéspedes dejar las puertas de sus habitaciones
debidamente cerradas, así como utilizar las cajas de seguridad que se encuentran en sus
habitaciones o declarar los mismos y dejarlos en custodia en la recepción del hotel. La
disponibilidad de la caja de seguridad podría variar según el Hotel, le agradeceremos
que consulte previamente en Recepción.
- Todos los objetos personales olvidados por nuestros huéspedes, permanecerán bajo
depósito en el hotel por seis meses. Vencido este plazo, el hotel podrá disponer de los
mismos.
- Con el fin de proporcionar una cómoda estadía a todos nuestros huéspedes exigimos un
horario de silencio entre las 11 p.m. y las 9 a.m.
- En caso desee consumir bebidas alcohólicas adquiridas fuera del hotel, le
agradeceremos consultar con la recepción las tarifas por descorche.
- Está prohibido el ingreso a las habitaciones de cualquier persona que no esté registrada
en el hotel.
Estamos en contra del tráfico de piezas arqueológicas pertenecientes al Patrimonio
Cultural Peruano.
- Estamos en contra del tráfico de especies protegidas.
- Está prohibida la tenencia y consumo de drogas alucinógenas dentro de las instalaciones
del hotel.
- La explotación y el abuso sexual de menores de edad son castigados penal y civilmente
conforme las disposiciones legales vigentes.
- Si desea extender su estadía, le pedimos que informe a la Recepción del hotel con al
menos 24 horas de anticipación a su fecha de salida. La extensión dependerá de la
disponibilidad de habitaciones.

Reception Desk. If there is availability, we will gladly extend your check –out time. The
rate of Late check – out is subject to the requested departure time. The following criteria
will be used to determine Late Check- outs:
a. - If guests check out of their room within four (4) hours after their check – out time, a
rate equivalent to 50% of the nighty rate will be charged.
b. - If guests check out of their room after four (4) hours after their check – out time, a
rate equivalent to 100% of the nightly rate will be charged.
- Should you want to extend your stay, we ask that you inform the Hotel Reception Desk
at least 24 hours prior to your depature date. The extension will depend on room
