IMPORTANT NOTE
1. GST & other government levies are extra, as applicable.
2. Lease Rent , Stamp Duty, Registration Charges, miscellaneous expenses etc., shall be payable by the Allottee on offer of possession.
3. In addition to above, the Allottee shall also pay Individual Electricity Connection/Meter Charges, Water Connection Charges, Sewerage Connection Charges etc. as may be applicable in addition to the BSP, as mentioned in terms
of the Application Form / Buyer Agreement.
4. The milestone/ Installment plan / development linked stages can be called for payment and become payable on demand in any order irrespective of the sequence.

Payment Plan
At the time of Booking 9% of BSP
Within 30 Days from Booking 41% of BSP + Power Backup Charges + ESC +FFC
50% of BSP + IFMS+ Lease Rent + Stamp Duty + Registration Charges + Other
On Offer of possession Charges (if Any)

IMPORTANT NOTE
1. The Applicant(s) shall be solely liable and responsible to deduct and deposit the TDS as per Section 194 (1A) of the Income Tax Act and to comply with other provisions of the Act in this regard.
2. Registration Expenses, Stamp Duty, Legal Charges, Court Fee, Documentation Charges etc. shall be payable extra by the Allottee as applicable at the time of registration of title deeds.
3. GST & other government levies are extra, as applicable.
