1. Renter stated above acknowledge the vehicle with the plate no.__________which he/she have
rented from date/time__________________AM/PM till return date/time_______________AM/PM
will not be used for speeding, overseas usage or any unlawful activity. While the vehicle is in your
possession and is driven in Metro Manila , or to any point in Luzon as expressly agreed by Renter
and Vehicle owner.; Renter will be held fully responsible for any but not limited to,vehicular
accident, damage, loss,fire or theft caused to this vehicle.

2. No speeding ,reckless driving ,racing or any illegal activities shall be carried out during the use of
this vehicle. The VEHICLE OWNER reserves the right to repossess the vehicle with additional
P3000 compensation and any other cost incurred ( if any) .

3. Only above named and authorized drivers stated in the Rental Agreement may use the vehicle. In
any circumstances another driver apart from the named authorized driver is found using the vehicle;
the owner will have the right to repossess the vehicle stated above and the authorized driver will be
held fully responsible for any but not limited to, vehicular accident, damages,loss, fire or theft
caused to this vehicle by the unauthorized driver.

4. Should the hired vehicle be involved in any traffic offense during the traffic period, the renter
agreed to be liable for any issues with the vehicle that arise under your care and agree to pay all fines
and any amount government or semi government authorities shall levy or impose.

5. The Renter should immediately inform the VEHICLE OWNER upon any incidents of vandalism,
Accidents and Acts of God.. No repair is to be done without approval. If the Renter is found towing
and / or repairing the rented vehicle at any workshop unauthorized by us, a penalty of P5000 will be
imposed.

6. Any damage which includes physical damage or any other general damages to the vehicle,
payment of repair cost has to be made immediately unless any other alternatives arrangement is
made with.

7. Renter of hired vehicle must refuel using the appropriate type fuel recommended by Vehicle
Manual. If the vehicle has been refueled using the wrong fuel and thereby resulting in engine
malfunction, Renter will be charged P20,000. The vehicle is delivered clean and it should be
returned clean. If vehicle is returned dirty nominal charged of P200 shall be collected.

8. The Renter needs to return the vehicle fuel at the same level when he/she received the vehicle.
Otherwise the Renter will be charged P1000 per quarter tank difference P2000 per half tank
difference P4000 per full tank difference.

9. The VEHICLE OWNER will not be responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings and
contents there in (including any valuable, even if we have been advise) during the storage or during
the disposal process caused and you hereby release the VEHICLE OWNER from any liability in
respect thereof.

10. Smoking, or transportation of pets is NOT allowed in the hired vehicle. Renter is responsible for
a penalty of P1000.

11. Should there be any breaches to any of the above clauses, the Vehicle Owner reserves the right
to repossess the vehicle without any refund plus additional penalties-imposed.

I have fully read and understood the above rules and stipulations. I am fully
aware and agreeable to the fines and penalties if I violate any of the above rules
and stipulations.
