Summary executive
Majan college is in Muscat Oman is located in a very single campus. Actually, it is a
multi-cultural community having more than hundred multi-ethnic staff because there is a need
for the college to stay focused on the right path and make sure that the college is able to provide
good education to all of the students but there is a need to give proper training because it is a
very major issue that needs to be solved. The idea is to stay focused on the right path and take
care of the issues that are in the way. It can be said that there is a need for the college to
understand the necessity of the problem and make sure to solve the problem by using the
competent solution because most of the time it acts as the key that helps the college to take the
right path and make sure that everything is headed in the right direction and also in a very easy
way.

1. Introduction
It is apparent that the college needs to be stay focused on training their staff and make
sure that they are able to develop their staff with good training but there are barriers that are in
the way. Not have enough training in a very major issue that has surely affected every member of
the college and also affected the education of every student. It means that there is a need for the
college to use such ways that helps the college to take care of the barriers in the right way and
make sure that the college is able to stay focused on the path of progress. It is the major need that
needs to be used.

2. Background of college
Majan College is a private sector in Oman and it has been accredited to the university of
Bedforshire UK. It has been observed that there are a number of universities and college that has
been competed with the college but there are issues that are being faced by this college. The need
is to try to solve them because the technologies are always changing and the need is to see that
how the college needs to compete with the modern technologies. It is the first private college in

Oman that follows most of the old policies that are in the management. The training programs is
the lack that needs to be focused by the college because there is always a need to develop
employees and manages them. It can be said that it is very important for the company to stay
focused on the right way and take care of the barriers that are always in the path (Ibrahim, 2017).

To remain concentrated on preparing of every representative for dealing with the boundaries that
are in the way and resolve negative things by presenting idealistic changes.
2.3 Mission
We can give great administrations is the primary and centered mission to give benefits in the
correct route to the majority of the clients and ensure that the educational standard become
better.

3. Background of Industry
There is a need to know about the background of the industry. Majan College is related to the
educational industry that points towards the fact that the need is to see the condition of studies in
Oman because it is obviously very important to observe it. Majan College is the very first private
college in Oman and it can be said that it is one of the most important part of the educational
institute. It is obviously has an important part to play and the best way is to take care of the
barriers that are in the way. There are some major barriers in the path of the Majan college and
the best way is to see them and observe them (Ramalingam, 2016).

Majan College has active, ambitious staff. However, those staff don’t get enough training and
sessions to develop their skills and abilities. So from that we aware there is issue in the
organization which is the lack of training and development. College staffs would like to join to
training and development programs because they believe the world changes so it necessary to
improve their skills to live in the world. This issue has been impacting the quality of education
process and services of the college. In addition, this problem exists in the college because of the
following reasons. Training department at the college needs to be improved and increased its
effectiveness. Also, lack innovative between staffs so it needs to motivate skills and expertise of
the staff to be innovated.

When the management of Majan College applicants the various methodologies that will help to
design new and re-establish existing training and developmental models and techniques. So, it is
recommended the College to prepare classroom training to the staff members. In addition,
providing online training. Additionally, the College should plan to improve of reward systems,
engagement of staff members in decision making. So, all that will develop performance,
problem-solving and finally increased productivity.
