ABSTRACT
Caesarean delivery drains more body ability and recovery is more difficult than if
you give birth normally. After cesarean section, in addition to pain from an
abdominal incision and side effects of anesthesia, there will be a lot of discomfort.
Most women need a recovery period of several weeks to months to restore their
health. According to Manuaba (2001) in Grace & Nasution (2012) Early
mobilization needs to be done in stages, in order to accelerate the process of
healing. The purpose of the study was to identify early mobilization in post partum
mothers with the operation of sectio saesarea in the rose room of Bangil District
Hospital, Pasuruan Regency. This research uses descriptive case study research.
Researchers take data by interviewing and observing using observation sheets
that have been made by researchers. The study was conducted on 4 June 2018 to
8 June 2018. The number of research subjects was two people. Data analysis uses
qualitative analysis. The results of the observation from the subject experienced
an accelerated process of healing inflammatory wounds after early mobilization.
The conclusion of this study is the acceleration of maternal inflammatory wound
healing in Caesarean section by carrying out early mobilization regularly and
correctly.
