The role
We are seeking a Service Delivery Officer to join our Enterprise Register and Accounts team.
As a Service Delivery Officer in our Client Account Services business area, you will
exercise a considerable degree of independence and perform a leadership role. You’ll be
responsible for teams developing effective and simple solutions to support new tax measures
and ensure issues within current tax forms are resolved in an appropriate way. You’ll provide
expert advice to support the development of business strategies, with an understanding of
system restrictions and a focus on positive client experiences.

This role may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in Perth. A merit pool may be
created and be used to fill similar vacancies.
The Australian community requires the highest integrity of ATO staff. You must agree to pre-
engagement integrity checks to work for the ATO, with this role requiring baseline security
clearance. The ATO may conduct further integrity checks during the course of your
employment.
You must be an Australian citizen to work with the ATO.

About the area


Enterprise Register and Accounts (ERA) is an enabling branch in Service Delivery, Client
Account Services. ERA is responsible for the integrity of the client register and account.
The Product Management team works within ERA to ensure new tax measures, services and
business improvements integrate with the existing ATO framework to deliver effective
outcomes for internal and external clients. We use our expertise in Income Tax, Fringe benefits,
and Excise forms to review and endorse business solutions and resolve complex technical or
processing issues.
