The unique and complex method to assess and select the candidate for a vacant post is done

requirements, we basically set-up with the assistance of the most experienced and dedicated

candidates as per specific client requirements.

Every day we are trying to proactively expand its local, regional and global database using the
Internet, strategic alliances, and a network of sub-vendors, job fairs, specialist magazines and
referrals. This enables our consultants identify suitable candidates quickly in response to your
requirements. We assure you that we would be able to source the best candidates for your
organization. This means that there will be an increased profitability from shorter training time,

After the information is obtained as per the Manpower Requirement in detail the type of project
for which the client is recruiting a candidate and the profiles, which in its opinion will match the
requirement, based on its experience and in-house expertise.

A combination of the following activities is undertaken for gathering profiles, scrutinizing


applications and eventually short-listing candidates:

1. Searching: idealCrew Technology exists database for matching profiles.


2. Headhunting candidates through various personal contacts in the industry.
3. Headhunting from other companies in the similar industry.

A d v e r t i s i n g - in case we are of the opinion, that a specific requirement of a client requires


advertising in local newspapers/magazines in order to access a larger range of profiles, we also
give the add in newspaper.

College Campus
idealCrew Technology has tie up with around 25 colleges in Maharashtra as well out of state. It
includes Degree (IT, computer, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil) Diploma and art, Science colleges. If
client has large no. of requirements we can arrange interviews in colleges.

Short listing and final selection


idealCrew Technology undertakes the following activities and conducts the Candidate
Assessment Round (CAR) to check the following before sending the candidate to the client for the
fin interview: -
1.) Checking interviewee’s general abilities (Personality, appearance, health, communication
etc.)
2.) Experience related to the job vacancy
3.) Availability / interest for the said job vacancy and job location
4.) Current salary details & expected salary
5.) Checking whether the candidate can relocate within the stipulated time frame.
6.) Technical check and reference check.

After the above matches as per the client's requirements, only the short-listed very eligible
candidates are forwarded to the client, for the final round interview.

idealCrew Technology ensures coordination of the interview date, time and venue with the
client and the candidate. Interviews are held either telephonically or in person as preferred by
client. We have an interview / conference room facilities within its own office premises which are
offered for conducting interviews. The clients can also conduct interviews at their place of
preference. We can also arrange for Virtual Interview over Video (VIV) using video conferencing
facilities outside its office premises for conducting interviews, at a cost.

After the interview process is completed and the client decides on the offers, We undertakes the
tasks of reference checks from previous employers, checking whether the candidates are in
possession of academic and work experience certificates.

AGREEMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 The agreement can be signed as per the terms and conditions standardize
by the clients.

Correspondence with candidates: All correspondence with candidate


including interview scheduling will be the responsibility of the Consultant. The
Client will send information of a Candidate's rejection to the Consultant, and it
will be the responsibility of the Consultant to inform the Candidate
accordingly.

Offer letter to the candidates: Upon the completion of the selection decision,
the Client will inform the candidate of the selection through the Consultant.
Contingent to this the Client will issue an offer letter to the candidate and upon
his/her acceptance; convey the offered consolidated package to the Consultant.

Screening and reference checks: The Consultant will do the 1st level
screening and only candidates who satisfy the criteria of requirements should
be sent to the company.

Replacement Guarantee: In the eventually that a selected candidate resigns


from the services on his / her own will within the first 100 days of joining, the
consultant will be give a free replacement

Right on Candidate: Candidates once sponsored by the consultant will be


treated as their candidate, if absorbed for any position by the organization
during the next six months.
