SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

We, CARMEN GUINGONA of legal age, Filipino, married and with postal address at Barangay Batuan, Pototan,
Iloilo, LOLITA AZUSANO of legal age, Filipino, married and with postal address at Nunez Street, Zamboanga City, and
GREGORIO D. EVANGELISTA III of legal age, Filipino, married and with postal address at Barangay Batuan, Pototan, Iloilo the
owner parcel of land under TCT No. 94639 do hereby name, constitute and appoint the Ms. MARILOU BAUSO, of legal
age, single and postal address at 1752 Kanduli Street, Pangarap Village, Caloocan City, to be my true and lawful
attorney – in – fact, for me and my name, place and stead, to do and perform the act specified below:

1. To process and facilitate all the necessary permits, affidavits and other requirements needed with regards to
issuance of separate title in co-ownership for lot 4302-B-2 with an area of 202,276 sq.m.
2. To subdivide the same lot and identify and determine the area to be issued to us.
3. To sign, process, deliver, receive, accept and secure all required clearances and certifications from other local
and national offices and all necessary documents in connection therewith;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said Attorney – in- Fact power and authority whatsoever requisite or
necessary or proper to be done in or about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do
it personally present and hereby ratifying and conforming all that my said Attorney-in Fact shall lawfully do or cause to be
done by virtue of this Power of Attorney and the rights and power herein granted
