AFFIDAVIT OF COMPLAINT

I, JASON D. JONES of legal age, 39 years old, US Citizen and

a resident of Phase 2 Blk 16, Lot 14, Sta Rosa Heights, Puting
Kahoy, Silang Cavite, after having duly sworn to in accordance
with the law, do hereby depose and state, that:
On October 10, 2015 at about 5-6:30 o’clock in the
evening at Sta. Rosa Heights Puting Kahoy, I have
misunderstanding with my stepson, Harry Zabal, when I caught
him with downloaded pornographic videos in his cellphone.
Thereafter, I took some walk inside the subdivision to think and do
away from possible physical confrontation but as I was about to
go out from the gate on board my car, the security guards
prevented me saying something I can’t understand. Few minutes
later the police officer from Silang Municipal Police Station on
board a police mobile car arrived, they invited me to go with them
at their police station, allegedly, to settle the things and I did
followed them out respect to their authority though I was bit
confused;
There at the police I was met with my sister-in-law who
served as my interpreter as I found difficulty in understanding the
language of the police and the people there. It was explained to
me by a police commissioned officer and a policewoman in
civilian attire that the matter will be settled since Harry and his
guardian will no longer file complaint against me, however,
according to the policewoman, the guardian of Harry has to
execute an Affidavit of Non-prosecution to finally closed the case
and Harry is covered by Republic Act No. 9344 (The Juvenile
Justice and Welfare Act) because he is a minor. But to my surprise
while the said policewoman was not done talking yet, the police
officers and the security guards together forcibly handcuffed me
causing scratches and bruises in my hands. Afterwards, they
brought me to the hospital and detained me inside a prison cell
(See attached CCTV Footage in CD marked as Annex “A”);
On October 12, 2015, two (2) days after my arrest, they
brought me to the Office of the City Prosecutor in Imus, Cavite
and charged me for Alarm and Scandal, Resisting Arrest and
Disobedience to Agent in Person in Authority. The prosecutor ruled
that there is no probable cause with regards to Alarm Scandal
but recommends the filing of Resistance and Disobedience to
Agent and Person in Authority. The same also recommended that I
shall be released from custody because the crime do not require
bail but still I was detained for few days before they released
finally me from custody (See attached photocopy of Inquest
Resolution marked as Annex “B”)

I am executing this affidavit to attest the foregoing facts and

to file administrative case of Grave Misconduct (Arbitrary
Detention, Delaying Release, and Physical Injury) against
POLICE INSPECTOR NORMAN C. CATSAO, PO3 Maynard
Seco, PO3 Rodel Paglinawan Nuñez of Silang Municipal Police
Station, Cavite PPO, PRO-4A;

 AFFIDAVIT OF WITHDRAWAL

I, Ferdinand Marc Natividad Remegio of legal age,

Operation Manager of Pichel Security Agency, presently residing
at No. 710 San Diego Street, Sampaloc, Manila City, after having
sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and state,
that:
I am the complainant for a case of Grave Misconduct
(Estafa) against PO3 Rodrigo Bunag Balao-as assigned at PNP
CSG Firearms and Explosive Office, Camp Crame, Quezon City;
The said complaint was filed and pending before the PNP-IAS
Intelligence and Investigation Division on March 20, 2013;
After contemplating, I found no interest to pursue the
administrative case against the mentioned PNCO; hence, I am
withdrawing may case without prejudice to the filing of the same
in the future;

I am executing this affidavit to clear Sterling Agency on the

investigation concerning the firearms described as Jerecho .9mm,
Pistol with Serial No. 99304126 licensed and registered under the
name of the mentioned agency;
