We are thankful to our resource person, Mr. Salman Kafeel Khan for giving us an
opportunity to work on such Case Study from which we have learned how to formulate
and interpret the Linear Programming Problems.

TGL¶s has an ability and quality that it can sell all the clubs it can make. The men¶s,
women¶s and junior¶s lines generate wholesale revenue of $225, $195 and $165
respectively.

Because of this assignment we are able to analysis the available data and formulate
and interpret the liner programming problems.

 /Ê

We use Microsoft Excel to analysis the data. The data consist of seven production
variables like:

x Ê
Ê
c

Ê
o /ʉumber of units of men club sheet to be produced in Daytona.

o/ʉumber of units of women club sheet to be produced in Daytona.Ê

o/ʉumber of units of women club sheet to be produced in Memphis 3Êand interpret

the result in the form of reports like ³Answer Report, Sensitivity Report and Limits
Report´.

!

The Daytona remain 550 units of men¶ lines and Memphis remain 900 units of junior¶s
line to fulfill the order of distribution centers in Sacramento, Denver and Pittsburgh each
month and remaining all variables fulfill the 100% orders.

After analyzing the data it is concluded that we get the solution of the problem and
calculate the final profit $447750.0007 and also get the value of the solution which can
be maximize or minimize the profit ratio.
