The Client shall not be responsible for misplacement, loss or premature opening if the outer

envelope is not sealed and/or marked as stipulated. This circumstance may be case for Proposal
rejection. If the Financial Proposal is not submitted in a separate sealed envelope duly marked as
indicated above, this will constitute grounds for declaring the Proposal non-responsive.
Proposals should not be forwarded by electronic mail.

Geotechnical investigations are performed by geotechnical engineers or engineering

geologists to obtain information on the physical properties of soil earthworks and foundations for
proposed structures and for repair of distress to earthworks and structures caused by
subsurface conditions.

the site-specific circumstances encountered will be landbased residential, commercial and

industrial developments at any scale as well as the occasional highway or pipeline project, and
the experience of those involved will be my own after having worked as an engineering geologist
