FOR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD TRANSACTIONS: If you are not a passenger of the booked trip, passengers are
STRICTLY REQUIRED to leave a copy of the CREDIT/DEBIT CARD HOLDER'S VALID ID and front copy of the
CREDIT/DEBIT CARD used to support@biyaheroes.com at least 24hrs before your trip or we will cancel your
reservation and refund your payment. Please understand that this security protocol is for your safety and
security, and we are doing this to protect your transactions.

If you will choose to settle via over-the-counter bank deposit, payment center, 7-Eleven or malls, payment must
be settled within 24 hours upon booking. This is strictly implemented, and settling at a later time may risk
chosen seats from being reopened.

You are required to print the voucher and give this to the reservations officer in exchange for your actual
tickets.

EMBARKATION POINT - The passenger must present his/her printed voucher together with his/her ID to the
auto authorized officer of the company for validation. If validated ticket will be issue under the name of the
passenger. The passenger must check in at least one (1) hour before departure time, otherwise,
non-appearance at least Thirty (30) minutes before departure maybe forfeited and will charged 30% of the
amount paid.

RESERVATION TICKET VALIDITY - Reservation ticket is valid only on the date and time of cut-off. Rebooking a
date before the trip will be charged of Php100.00 and will only be process at terminals and major booking
offices: EDSA Cubao Terminal, Araneta Center Terminal, Mirasol Office, Alabang Booking Office, Ermita
Booking Office, CBD Naga Terminal, Legazpi Terminal, Tabaco Terminal, Sorsogon Terminal, San Andres
Booking Office, Virac Terminal and Masbate Booking Office. Only one time rebooking is allowed and the new
date must be within one month from the date of departure.

CANCELLATION of RESERVATION TICKET - Cancellation of reservation ticket will only be process at terminals
and major booking offices: EDSA Cubao Terminal, Araneta Center Terminal, Mirasol Office, Alabang Booking
Office, Ermita Booking Office, CBD Naga Terminal, Legazpi Terminal, Tabaco Terminal, Sorsogon Terminal,
San Andres Booking Office, Virac Terminal and Masbate Booking Office. As a rule, confirmed and open tickets
are non-refundable. Those who cancel before the departure shall have their ticket marked as OPEN TICKET
which is valid only within one (1) month from the original date of trip.

REFUSAL of ACCOMMODATION - The company reserves the right to refuse accommodation of any passenger
for valid reasons. Strictly no pets or animals of any kind shall be carried on board. Explosives, flammable or
obnoxious substance are prohibited from being loaded in the bus.

LOST TICKETS - Lost tickets will not be replaced or refunded.

ACCOMPANYING CHILD -One paying passenger is allowed to bring only one child with a height of 3ft. and
below provided the child does not occupy a seat and upon payment of Php50.00 ticket charge.

DISCOUNT - Availing of discounts such as senior, student, and PWD. Should be done over the counter.
Purchasing online will invalidate such privilege.

BAGGAGE LIABILITY - The passenger assumes full responsibility for all hand carried baggage. The company
reserves the right to hold all untagged baggage such as hand carried, excess of cargoes.

CANCELLATION of TRIP - In case of force majeures, unforeseen weather conditions, maintenance measures,
and other circumstances, the management reserves the right to cancel the trip and/or change the date and time
of departure without prior notice.

DELAYED DUE & CANCELLED SCHEDULE - The company shall not be responsible for any commercial and/or
personal losses due to delay or cancellation of schedule trip because of unforeseen circumtances.

ACCEPTANCE of CONDITION - Upon purchases of this ticket, the passenger is presumed to have read,
