In any of the case the article centers explicitly around interest in budgetary resources. In finance returns is the

benefit that we get from the investment. It can be the sale of properties profit or an investment, or maybe some

investment income including dividends, income from rent, interest or maybe a combination of the tool. The pro
jected economic return is the properly discounted value of the future return. From the most dangerous, the investors
expect higher come-back. When an okay speculation is made the arrival is additionally commonly less. Particula
rly novices the investors, they are advised to adopt a certain investment strategy and diversify their portfolio. Overa
ll risk can be reduce by diversification because it has a strategically effect. The capital invested can be at risk as
the investor might lose sum of all of it whereas in saving the risk of loss in the value that is stated on a coin o
r a note is normally removed. Investment in the assets, stock and so forth. In the enormous game desire. Howe
ver, with the hazard of full size loss which is speculation entails degree of threats which is greater than most of
the traders would commonly don’t forget justified with the ad of the predicted return, and opportunity of a hyp
othesis is it’s short term, opportunities nature In the early times their were purchasers of stocks, bonds, and othe
r types of securities who were described in media, academia and commerce as speculators. By the end of the 1
950s the term investment was being denoted by the conservative end which was of the securities spectrum. Whil
e there were speculations applied by the financial brokers and the advising agency that they had to hire risk sec
urities much involve at that time. Hire risk ventures are now basically referred 3 to as speculation and speculato
rs. There are two types of investments existing: TRADITIONAL INVESTMENT In finance when you’re putting
money into a very well-known assets which are your bonds, real-estate, equity share and cash, and you’re expe
cting very high capital appreciation, high interest earnings and dividends, there are referred to as traditional inve
stment. ALTERNATIVE INVESTMANT when you’re making investment in assets classes other than your bond
s, cash and stocks. They are referred to as alternative investment funds. The term of alternative investment is a
relatively lose one and it mostly includes tangible assets which are the precious metals, wine coins, art, stamps
and antiques and also includes some financial assets which are commodities, crypto currencies, carbon credits, fi
lm production, venture capital etc…….. In the forestry and shipping when an investment is made it is also term
s as alternative investment. There are certain investment strategies: Analysis of financial reports of the issuer sh
ould be used to identify the undervalue securities to evaluate the securities Value investor’s employee earnings
per share and the sales growth which are the accounting ratios, to identify which all are the securities which are
getting traded at prices below them worth. The fundamental ratio of price to earning ratio is very significant an
d recognize because it has the function were it can divide the share price of the stock by its earning per share
When a certain stock has a lower PE ratio it usually cost less per share than the one which has a higher PE rati
o with the same level of financial performance. This means that a low PE ratio is the most preferred option 4 C

analysis the awareness of “IT employees” for creating provision for old age To assess portion of income can be
transferred for old age provision To draw findings and suggestion on the above analysis BACKGROUND IT S
ector in India The information technology (IT) is created from agencies that produce software program, hardwar
e or semiconductor gadget, or businesses that offer net or related offerings. The information technology (IT) sec
tor is constituted of organizations that produce software program, hardware or semiconductor equipment, or corp
orations that provide internet or associated services. The 3 foremost industry groups inside the IT sector are soft
ware and services, technology hardware and system and semiconductors and semiconductor system. These three
enterprise groups are further divided into industries and sub-industries. Companies are aligned to a selected sub-i
ndustry that first-rate describes their middle or maximum profitable business. In this manual, we are able to co
wl the diverse industries and sub-industries that make up the three predominant enterprise businesses in the IT a
rea. Information Technology industry in India includes two main components: - IT service & - Business process
outsourcing (BPO) 6 IT services (ITS): IT services refer to the software of business and technical knowledge t
o enable companies within the advent, control and optimization of or access to information and enterprise appro
ach. The IT services market may be segmented through the form of competencies which are employed to delive
r the provider (layout, construct, run). Business process outsourcing (BPO): Business process outsourcing (BPO)
is the contract between one enterprise sports and functions to the third-party provider. BPO’s offers include pay
roll, human resources (HR), accounting and client/call center members of the family. BPO categories are the fro
nt-office patron offerings (together with tech guide) and back- workplace enterprise capabilities (inclusive of bill
ing). Advantages of BPO’s : Business technique place and performance are more desirable. Employees may also
invest greater time in core commercial enterprise strategies to reinforce competitive advantage and value price c
hain engagement. Organizational growth will increase whilst capital resource and asset fees are not required, wh
ich averts complicated investment returns. Organizations aren't required to put money into unrelated number one
enterprise strategy assets, facilitating a shift in recognition to precise competencies. 7 BPO risk consist of: Data

conclude and achieve the objectives of the study. 10 Chapter 4 Learning outcome 11 Learning outcome I notice th
at as per survey specify that fixed deposit and mutual fund investment is best choice for secure future provision
as fixed deposit give good return via interest by every bank. As per RBI all bank provide minimum interest of
5-7% for all fixed deposit. Investing in Mutual fund or regular trading in stock market gives good return investi
ng in debenture and preference share where people get good rate of return. Mutual fund is liquidity in nature wh
ich means that any time we can sell share at any point of time and get the principle amount. I learnt that Invest
ing in real state is very beneficial as the value of the property keeps increasing and also liquidity in nature. No
wadays the rent of the house is very expensive especially in Bangalore. IT employees are spending more percen

has been conducted by taking 20 samples through the questionnaire. The samples have been collected via inter
net with the help of Google forms, one- on-one conversation with some IT employees. Based on the analysis fol
lowing findings 34 have been found: - Out of sampling collected and interaction with IT employees. Male empl
oyees are more conscious about their future as while compare female - As per the sampling 55% of the respons
es mention that salary is sufficient to lead good standard of living in Bangalore they are meeting all the luxury
requirements with income where as 45% of responses mention that it’s difficult to have good standard of living
as salary they get is not sufficient. - After interacted with some IT employees I notice most of the respondents
are not happy with their salary since they expect more as per their qualification and skills As per survey 50% o
f them started saving at least some part of their income whereas remaining half of them haven’t started yet beca
use of less income and love to live fashionable life enjoying present instead of think bordering about future pro
vision - As per survey 70% of the sampling says they do think that they can start investing the various objectiv
e out of their income. Since the investment could be same or large sum of amount. - After interaction with IT
employees and sampling 55% of people was more interested in invest in constructing a home compare to other i
nvestment plan. Since they considered that invest in property is secure and profitable source the value of the pr
operty keep increasing as we can see growth the value from past recent years. - People who are working in Priv
ate sector agree that they should create they own provision for old age as they do not have additional benefits f
orm the company like government companies - While interaction and sampling out of income they could transfe
r up to 0-20% excluding all expenses. - Most of the responses as per survey specify that fixed deposit and mutu
al fund investment is best choice for secure future provision as fixed deposits give good return via interest and
mutual funds give good return and liquidity in nature. - Most of the responses says that they like to invest in m
onthly and quarterly. - Through interaction I notice that 70% of the people would like to invest in Government s
ecurities as it’s gives complete assurance return in investment in any situation 35 - Everyone agrees that provisi
on for future old age is necessary and help to secure future as well as in emergency requirement accept some of
the responses Conclusion: Future investment has a wider scope in terms of the factors that I have considered in
my questionnaires. As more number of respondents have selected fixed deposit, mutual fund and real-estate are
preferred by people as it has future provision for the old age as reliable source or regular income. When compa
red between private and government companies, public sector tends to provide more number of benefits compar
ed to private companies. Since the private employees aren’t provided enough benefits, employees would like to
invest in Government securities like bonds, treasury bills. Investing in real state is very beneficial as the value o
f the property keeps increasing. 36 Chapter 7 Recommendations Recommendations 1) They should allocate mor
e fund towards provident fund and ESI (Employee state insurance) 2) Even after retirement the retired employee
should be given opportunity to work with company. 37 3) Invest more in pension insurance were in they get m
onthly pension form the insurance company after retirement. 4) They can invest in post- office pension plan wer
e in employee can start saving some portion of the income regularly in post-office pension scheme which will b
e redeem after retirement and employee will get monthly return. 5) Open Fixed Deposit account and deposit hu
ge amount as per his requirement. In this person can deposit amount but he cannot withdraw until the policy is
expired. However, interest will be given every month on the investment by the Bank
