Served as RN at a government (Public) secondary hospital with 150 bed capacity.
Assigned to the emergency room unit and played a key role on interdisciplinary
team of doctors, RNs, social workers and other health related workers. Actively
participated in development and implementation of individual treatment plans for
patients with broad range of health issues. Ensured that doctors’ orders were
effectively carried out, including testing, medical procedures, consultations,
providing first aid, immunizations and assistance.
Key Accomplishments:
 Selected as one of only 10 student nurses to be admitted into internship
program after rigorous selection process.
 Helped refine unit policies and procedures in the areas of infection-control
programs, safety methods, discharge planning and documentation.
 Responded to numerous volatile situations and violent outbreaks, earning

cardiac life support.
