Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. Today marks the conclusion of an
educational journey – a relentless pursuit of knowledge and skills - and the
commencement of another quest for brilliance and excellence. Friends,
welcome the 2nd K to 12 Graduation Exercises of the Ilocos Norte College of
Arts and Trades. And now, roll out the red carpet for the 391-strong candidates
for graduation, along with their parents, in their processional.

Leading the processional are the 38 candidates for graduation with high
honors.
Following them are the 176 candidates for graduation with honors.
Next are the candidates for graduation classified according to their strands –
Accountancy, Business and Management, Humanities and Social Sciences,
Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics, Information and
Communications Technology, Home Economics, and Industrial Arts.
Let us welcome the 243 teaching and non-teaching staff of the Ilocos Norte
College of Arts and Trades.
Approaching the stage are the PTA President, the INCAT Alumni Association
President, the department heads, acting heads and administrative staff headed
by the School Principal IV, Mrs. Shirley Caday-Agsunod, and the Assistant
Principal II, Mrs. Veronica S. Rabang, who oversees the Senior High School,
along with the Guest of Honor and Speaker, Director Jocelyn Dela Rosa
Andaya, Director IV Bureau of Curriculum Development.
Let us also welcome the DepEd Laoag officials, headed by Dr. Joel B. Lopez,
CESO V, Schools Division Superintendent (Ably represented by the Assistant
Schools Division Superintendent, Dr. Joye D. Madalipay).
Ladies and gentlemen, may we all rise for the entrance of Colors.

May we request our guest of honor and speaker, Director Jocelyn Andaya, to
please be at the center stage for the awarding of the certificate of appreciation.

Graduation is not the end. It is the beginning of something new. Tomorrow, new
challenges await you, our graduates. Tomorrow, you will be traversing your own
paths in continuing their pursuit of excellence in your chosen fields. We wish
you good luck, good health, wisdom, and may God offer you heaps of blessings.
Another achievement has been fulfilled tonight. Thank you to all our guests and
congratulations, graduates and parents! Please rise for the exit of colors.
