GREEN EARTH PROJECT

List of Activities: 1.Symposium(KKP-Kahalagahan ng Kapaligiran sa Pamayanan)

Nature: The Symposium will be operated by the Supreme Student Government Officers and choosen
speaker that will give and share advice and knowledge about the importance of nature to our
community to all students of Luyos National High School.

Purpose:

A.To add knowledge ang learn about the Green Earth Projects about the significants of our nature or
Mother Earth and

B.how can we save it to restrictions.

Procedure: It will discuss about-

•importance of Mother Earth

•the cause & effects of Earth distructions

•prevention of Earth distructions

•5R's(Reuse,Reduce,Recycle, Recreate,Reform)

•basic planting

2.Bottle Recycling &Bottle Planting

•All student will bring 1.5 bottle,seed or living plants.

•The student will cut and design the bottle to make plant pot.

•The seed will plant in the recycled pot.The flowery plant will put in the front of room and the vegetable
plant in 'Gulayan sa Paaralan'.

Purpose:

A.The Bottle Recycling & Tree Planting will give us a knowledge in how to plant and

B. we can reuse the Softdrink's bottle into plant pot.

3.Segregation of Waste(KaBOTEhan)

•All student will bring 1.5 bottle.

•The waste especially plastic will cut and put inside the bottle until it was full.

•Every end of the month,the full bottle will collect by some SSG officer.
•The section that have greatest amount of full bottle will receive an award.

Purpose:

A.The KaBOTEhan will help the school to reduce the plastic material and can make a new project.

4.May pera sa Basura

•If the plastic will put in the bottle,the old paper will put in the sack.Note.The paper should not be
crumpled.

•It is also collect by the SSG officers and sell to junk shop. The money that collected will put in the fund
and to some project.

•The section that have greatest amount of paper will receive an award.

Purpose:

A.The 'May pera sa Basura' can make our school waste free and B.to learn the student how to earn
money in legal and easy way.

5.Mr.&Ms. Earth

•Every section should have a two representative (boy & girl).

•The contestants will given a school supplies to sell in their schoolmates.The contestant that havea the
largest amount of money will receive an award.

•In the pageant, they will wear School Uniform,Casucontestants al Wear,and Recycled Costumes.

•The 3rd runner up will be the Mr & Ms Air,the 2nd runner up is the Mr & Ms Water,1st runner up is the
Mr & Ms Fire,and the champion is the Mr & Ms Earth.

Purpose:

1.The purpose of the Mr & Ms Earth to give knowledge and awareness of different calamities and
problem that belong in Earth distructions.
