1.0 PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The objective of this project is to daylight all underground piping at 9 petroleum products
receiving stations using latest Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards at YBP.
This objective will be achieved by providing multiple above ground steel piperacks with new
foundations to support the piping.
Construction of foundations pose a risk of hitting underground facilities, and hence radar

2.0 HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT (HSE) REQUIREMENTS

2.1 Subcontractor employees, agents shall comply at all times with all applicable Saudi
Arab Government safety, health and environmental regulations and all Saudi Aramco
General Instructions (G.I.s), and other related rules and regulations. Specifically,
Subcontractor shall comply with the provisions of the Saudi Aramco Construction Safety
Manual (CSM), Saudi Aramco Construction Safety Manual Handbook (CSMH), and all
other such related requirements, specifications and standards as are made known to
Subcontractor by Contractor/Saudi Aramco. In case of conflicting requirements, the

Subcontractor shall obtain a Work Permit (Saudi Aramco form 924-1 through 924-4) for
