Responsibility as Mechanical Supervisor for Operation & Maintenance of continuous production facility
Commissioning, Pre commissioning , Start up, plant maintenance, Turn around maintenance of Gas
processing, compression, condensate recovery and cryogenic facility over all Rotating and Static
Equipment over the facility .Planning, supervising, Executing day to day Mechanical Activities over

I had been worked as a Rotating Equipment Technician over the commissioning, Start up, Plant
maintenance of various rotating equipment over the facility (Alignment, Overhauling, and PM Job
over pumps, compressor, Steam turbine, Cooler fan, Furnace, Extruder, and Incinerator). I had gained
a very strong experience over SAP R-3 over PM and MM module .I had been involved over
preparation of SPIR, SMP for all critical and non critical activities. As part of HSE I had been involved in
various Behavior safe observation activities.
I had joined in the organization as rotating Equipment as due to management observation over my
skills and ability they had involved me as an acting planner over two major turnaround shutdown
job. Turnaround job’s carried out like Job pack preparation, Spare parts evaluation and creating
Purchase Requisition, Carry out site assessment and creating job plan along with detailed resources
and tools required. Mobilize contract employees and equipment.
Major Shutdown: - Sea water anode inspection, Sea water intake basin inspection, All PRV’s and
PSV’S calibration, Sea water plate heat exchanger inspection and repair, furnace coil replacement,
Centrifugal compressor dry gas seal change, Extruder replacement, Boiler inspection and refractory
change, Incinerator major inspection and replacement of thrust collar.
