DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED, made and executed by and between:

EFREN C. JANIER, of legal age, Filipino, married to Elizabeth C.


Janier and a resident of Pampangan street, Aluba Subdivision, Phase II,
Upper Macasandig, Cagayan de Oro City, hereinafter called the
VENDOR,

-and-

MARICEL PADRON SINGH, of legal age, Filipino, married to


Rajinder Singh and a resident of Block 5 Lot 5 Villamar Subdivision,
Iponan, Cagayan de Oro City, hereinafter called the VENDEE.

WITNESSETH:

That the VENDOR is the registered owner in fee simple of parcel


of land with existing improvements thereon, particularly described as

HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P100,000.00), Philippine Currency,
the VENDOR by these presents, SELL, TRANSFER and CONVEY by way
of absolute sale, unto the VENDEE, the above described real property.
That the VENDOR hereby warrants unto the VENDEE full title
and ownership over the land above-described, free from all liens and
encumbrances.
