I am a candidate for the Master of Arts in Education major in Educational Management (MAED)
degree at Notre Dame of Marbel University. As a part of the course requirement for graduation, I am
tasked to conduct a study on Transformational Leadership and Teachers’ Teaching Performance and
Self-Confidence in the Private Higher Educational Institutions here in Koronadal City. In the study, the
extent of transformational leadership, teachers’ teaching performance, and teachers’ self confidence
will be examined and analyzed.

In relation to this, may I request the following documents to help the researcher in the study:
 a copy of the complete list of teachers in each private higher educational institutions (HEI) in
Koronadal City, and
 an endorsement letter in order for the researcher to be accommodated in each HEI’S when
conducting a survey.

The information you will give will greatly help me in presenting the profile of the HEIs and in
determining the sample size of the respondents to be included in the study. Rest assured that all the
