Depending on the size and complexity of the project, this project needs
multiple Project Execution Plans (PEPs).

This Project Execution Plan (PEP) is the operational document for the project.
It is owned, maintained and utilised by the Project Manager and Project Team.

The PEP is the responsibility of the Project Manager and is the µroad map¶
enabling the effective day-to-day (operational) management and control of the
project.

This PEP expands on the Project Plan which is the approved plan describing
µwhat¶ will happen in the project. The PEP details µhow¶ the Project Team
will carry out their tasks/activities to ensure that the µwhat¶ will occur

This project will facilitate the people of 12 areas where this project is to be
implemented. As per the scope of work of this project it will play a major role in
development of those areas where this project is planned.

As per RFP this project is for area development works. As per RFP this project is for
the following works in 12 locations Installation of following items.

pole mounted transformers/ ground mounted transformers

11 kV OHL/ Underground cable

11kv OHL / Underground cable,

LT OHL / Underground cable and feeder pillar

Constructions of 2 substations

The project will be managed by -------- who is the Project Manager. The
Project Manager is responsible to the ----------- for the delivery of the agreed
project outputs.

This section expands the operational management of the area development


works.


   
Following persons will be responsible for the status reporting of the project to
Project Manager

 ite in charge

ite supervisor will convey all the report to site in charge and regarding
the day to day status of the project. ite in charge then further
communicate with the project manager, and will discuss all the day to day
activities.

Project manager will be responsible for the execution for the project as per
planed schedule and will discuss the things with General Manager when
ever required.

The project will review by the management for every -------days.

And if management found there is some rectification and required in


ongoing activities then appropriate action will taken.

The management will review risk management report during frequent


intervals to specify any change to the risks identified and the strategies put
in place to manage them.

    
All projects require on-going risk analysis to be undertaken regularly
throughout the life of the project×

The Project Manager is responsible for:

 cheduling and performing risk assessment and developing strategies to


manage those risks for each phase of the project as identified within the
Project Plan.

 Providing a risk review within status reports to the management, which


will specify any changes to the risks identified during each phase of the
project and the strategies adopted to manage them.
