1-4. RESPONSIBILITIES. The aircraft manu-


facturer inserts all identifying data on the title page
of this manual and on the various charts and
forms. He completes all charts, including sample
weight and balance clearance Form F, if applic-
able, at time of delivery. All subsequent changes
in weight and balance shall be recorded by weight
and balance technicians in accordance with
instructions contained herein and in NA 01-1B-50.
