ABSTRACT/INTRODUCTION
In this Term paper, we will be tackling about Bartending Training for UCLM Bachelor of
Science Hotel and Restaurant Management/Hospitality Management. For Students out their that
wanted to train Bartending as chosen designated job in Hospitality Management. In this training
the students will be able to practice Bartending, even for those still does not know Bartending in
this Industry. Also trainees could improve their Bartending skills thru participating in various
event during the said On the Job Training. There are some company that let’s you join in some
competition. In this way you can improve what you’ve got, and showcase to everyone your
Bartending Training.

After the said training for BS HRM students for Bartending, they could easily find a job,
because of the trainers. Because they will train their trainees to be quite competitive in this said
Industry in Hospitality. Also student have the opportunity to work abroad. Based on their
performance.

as Margaritas, Martinis, Collins, Daiquiris, Caipirinhas, Sours and Mojitos.

the exciting world of cocktails, and provide you with a practical foundation in the mechanics of
mixology. Through a combination of classroom based lectures and practical exercises you will
receive the training that is required for the Licensed Trade. You will learn about the cutting edge
techniques needed to create exciting cocktails.

CONCLUSION
Therefore I conclude, if you master all of this, or able to do as the term paper said, you
can be ready to be part of Bartending Industry in Hospitality Management. It takes week,
months, to be get ready in this kind of industry, but if you have the will, courage, heart to fulfill
what you desired to enter in Hospitality, that days, weeks, months, would be shorten if the
trainee has the potential to give all of his best. Bartending is not just mixing drinks in a
restaurant, it is also provide some kind of entertainment to the guest.

Working in Hospitality Management can be stressful. Every day, you encounter any kind
of people. And it is your job to handle the, or how to handle them. Specially in Bartending,
where you serve any kinds of alcoholic drinks. And in case the guest has been toxicated from the
drinks that they`d order, it is your job to handle the guest. Remember, from the word Hospitality
itself, you need to be Hospitable, patient, in your Job as always. We are there to serve the guest!
