We knew we were being deceived by the IRS because they would say things like, "The Income Tax is a VOLUNTARY TAX, but if you don't VOLUNTEER, we will take all your assets and throw you in jail.” Obviously, anyone with average intelligence can recognize that statement as a contradiction in terms!! However, the problem was always this: How do you prove, unequivocally, your position that you are not a TAXPAYER as defined in 26 USC 7701(a)(14) and therefore NOT SUBJECT TO THEIR LAWS? Well, over the past 15 years, through a lot of trial (literally!) and error, the TRUTH is finally starting to shine through. ‘There are a lot of people out there who decided, just as our forefathers did 200 years ago, that they would sacrifice their Lives, Fortunes, and Sacred Honor, if need be, in order to be free. We made that same commitment. Those people studied. We studied. We studied their findings as well and compared them with our own, gleaning a gem here and there. Through ALL of the effort made by ALL those good people, and with the help of the Almighty Father, this book was created. Our Opinion: The IRS lies, cheats, and steals from innocent people every day. They do not perceive themselves to be public servants, but rather PUBLIC MASTERS. They will blatantly lie when talking with you in person. However, they use HALF-TRUTHS on their letters and forms. That way, if cornered, they can say, “Everything on that document was factual,” and be correct. What they DON'T put on there is the IMPORTANT PART, THE IMPLEMENTING REGULATION OF THE STATUTE THEY ARE QUOTING AS GIVING THEM THE AUTHORITY TO FORCE YOU TO “VOLUNTEER. THE PLAIN FACT IS THAT IN THE ABSENCE OF THE IMPLEMENTING REGULATION THE STATUTE IS UNENFORCEABLE! What we have done with this book is SIMPLIFY the Regulations, making is easy for you to understand how you have been ‘had’, and how you can rectify that situation. As we sce it, the bottom line is this: ANYONE WHO HAS NOT RECEIVED A PRIVILEGE, BY CONTRACT, FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY, IS NOT A TAXPAYER.
