System. Immune system is body defense system so not easily attacked by
disease, when immune system attack, so body defense will decrease and
easy suffer by disease. This disease cause by Human Imunodeficience
Virus. Symptom of this disease is very drastic weight loss, prolonged
diarrhea, the body feel very weak, and appear white patches in the mount
area. These symptom occur in Adul. Okay Mr do you wanna ask

Mr Yusuf : yes sir, how Adul get diarrhea? Our house is clean. I was told to buy
healty food, pocket money i give more every day.
Counselor : so diarrhea experienced by Adul not because unhealty food. This is
happen cause the immune system decrease cause HIV. I want to ask Adul
before, I ask for cooperation to answer honestly. I as health worker

Adul : i take it long enough, since senior high school, i often consume the
injected like morphine.
Counselor : so Mr Yusuf and Adul, one of the spread of the HIV virus is from a
syringe used drugs interchangebly. Therefore to find out more we will do
laboratory test. If adul agree please fill out this form. How ?
Adul : yes sir, i will, i wanna get well soon
Adul fill out the form and do laboratory test drugs and rapid test, the result obtained that Adul
exposed to positive HIV.

Adul read the result of laboratory test and he shock and the he hugging his father with guilt
Mr Yusuf : enough son, maybe this is consequences from what you do in the past.
Now you must promise to yourself to chage be more good for future.
Counselor : dont be shy Adul. At the out there many people feel same with you.
Although HIV has not been cured, but there is drug to give you more
immune system. After this you must routine follow antiretroviral therapy.
Adul : yes, I will follow the therapy
Counselor : so that you are more focused in the future, i have contact from LSM that
handle HIV patient, this is the Name Card. After this you consume ARV
drug 2 times a day and do not break up.
Adul : yes sir, thankyou

Adul and his father going to their home, the next day Adul contact the number of LSM that
give when on the VCT, and they meet to sharing about HIV/AIDS
In short Adul join in the LSM and move on in HIV/AIDS prevention.
