B. Establishing Purpose for the Lesson


Activity #1: CHARADES
1. A representative from the group will choose a picture from the presentation.
2. Each picture has distinct objects that represents a plane figure.
3. A member of the group will act the object in the picture and the members will
guess what it is.
4. After 30 seconds, one member will state the plane figure represented by the
objects.
Ask: What skills did you use to answer correctly?

C. Presenting Examples/Instances of the New Lessons


Activity #2: CONSTRUCT AND DISCOVER!
1. Each group will be given nets of different solid figures.
2. Construct solid figures using the nets.
3. Identify the solid figure that you created.
4. Place them on the board for the class to see.
