Q1.How much are you satisfied with look and feel of the
software?
I am highly satisfied with the look and feel of the soft
software because it his interactive and user friendly. Any
any ordinary person can easily use software to payments
to pay bills recharge and other things.

Q2.How satisfied are you with the software ease of use?

Money transfers are simpler and faster; offering instant transfers
from a user’s Bank account, Paytm Wallet, and any other bank at
0% fee. Further, Passbook is a feature that enhances the ease ,
which contains account history and balance.

Users will have all options and features in that application like
get money from western union, money transfer to others, and
send cash or money to inter banking as well as other banking
customers by simply adding them as payees.

Q3.How easily can you navigate with the system?

Navigation is quite simple as the software is user friendly,so

it provides step from one function to another. One can access
his account by logging in the with given ID and password
and from there he can access his user profile and from there
he can see his account details, statement and can transfer
funds also the security settings also appear at the left home
screen, from there we can change the password and can also
sign out.

Q4.Where we need to improve the software?

The software can be improved by improving the UI of the

management system.
The software can be improved by improving the data database
,so that a user can easily edit or manipulate the data, also the
access to the database in the form of more sophisticated
tables.

Q5.how easily can we install the software?

The installation of the bank account management software is

quite easy and general. You just have to click and accept some
terms and conditions of the system, you can choose the
language then the installation setup asks you to provide a
path to where the application will be installed. Then the
software is ready to use.

Q6.How much an operating system compatible with other

resouces?

Operating system is compatible,this software is platform

dependent i.e. it runs only on windows operating system.

Q7.Does software proves its value relative to cost?

A software for solving financial applications of a customer in

banking environment in order to nurture the needs of an end
banking user by providing various ways to perform banking
tasks. Also to enable the users workspace to have additional
functionalities which are not provided under a conventional
banking software.
This project will save transaction time and therefore increase
the efficiency of the system, that’s why it is worth for money.

Q8.Do we need to impove the quality of the software?

Yes, the quality of the software can be improved. to enhance

the quality of the software, the UI design should be retouched
and features like face ID and fingerprint scanner can prove
the overall security of the application.

yes, we can add modules like face ID and fingerprint

operations during login and fund transfer to increase the
security of the account and transfer funds.

Q10.To which role do you assist your main task?

I worked in backend programming where my job was to

develop the structure of the UI design of the bank account
management system in programming/ scripting language
