COURSE DESCRIPTION: This course is a continuation of Introduction to Agri-fishery Arts I and is focused on specialized fields in agri-fishery arts such as
agricultural crop production, animal production, aquaculture, and organic agriculture.

COURSE OBJECTIVE:

At the end of the course, the students will be able to:

1. Acquire competencies on the production of various agricultural crops, animal production, aquaculture and organic farming.
2. Gain knowledge in nursery operations, planting, caring, and maintenance of crops.
3. Study the principles in carrying out harvest and post harvest operation.
4. Acquire basic knowledge in the methods of shrimp and fish culture.
