Introduction

Maahad Tahfiz is an educational stream that focuses on the knowledge and memorization of the Koran.

Tahfiz institutions are mostly managed by individuals and organizations privately and partially assisted by

the government. As stated, maahad Tahfiz institutions began to gain special attention from the community,

many Muslim parents today send their children to the Tahfiz institution with the ultimate aim of shaping their

children's individuality. This is because many of us are convinced of the method of learning applied to

Tahfiz institutions that emphasize religious discipline in line with the purpose of establishing the Tahfiz

institution itself which is to produce the Quranic huffas.

The Tahfiz Institution in Malaysia offers various programs in accordance with its own approach and

curriculum. The Quran's huffas is regarded as special and has many advantages. However, in the eyes of

some people see the huffas do not promise a bright future. This may be due to the weakness of the

management of some Tahfiz institutions itself. The purpose of setting up an obscure Tahfiz Institution is

that the community is unable to see what happens next to these huffazs. It is also motivated by the state

and ability of Tahfiz institutions that some of them are seen as backward. Most Tahfiz institutions operate

with contributions from individual parties and private bodies and NGOs.

However, this can be overcome by the existence of Ulul Albab Tahfiz Model (TMUA). The TMUA, originally

created in Terengganu, has been developed throughout the country. It aims to produce professional huffaz,

where the Hafazan program is supplemented by national curriculum. The next thing is to create a student

capable of mastering various disciplines. This is also in line with what the National Transformation 2050

(TN50) is trying to achieve in order to create skilled human capital in various fields.
Project Background

As stated in the RFP, the project aims to help Tahfiz An-Nur institutions by providing facilities capable of

establishing a mahaad Tahfiz institution with complete facilities and a holistic environment where students

have the opportunity to develop the potential of each student.

The project was intended to help the An-Nur Tahfiz to have good facilities for the tahfiz students through

financial and social contribution. With a total budget of RM1 million, B-Hijrah intended to shift the paradigm

of the tahfiz institution, in line with the current situation and the National Transformation 2050 (TN50) to

produce to produce excellent human capital in various fields. With such assistance, it is hoped that maahad

Tahfiz institution in Malaysia can produce students who are not only excel in the field of Al-Quran, but also

in various other fields.

Based on what the customer needs, Akhdan Consultant team had come up with six projects that help the

institutions to have well-equipped facilities and a holistic atmosphere. These projects will help the An-Nur

Tahfiz to become a self-sustainable tahfiz institution with its own income that able to support the operation

cost. The project also helps the tahfiz institution to provide a suitable environment for the students to study

and also provides an environment that can support the students to develop their interests in other fields of

study in other fields, besides studying the Al-Quran.

The proposed project includes indirect financial assistance that can provide continuous financial resources

to Tahfiz An-Nur institutions. We also propose programs and events that are guaranteed to provide

additional knowledge to the students of tahfiz An-Nur. Our proposal is based on the requirements specified

in the RFP from B-Hijrah. All proposed projects are based on projects and programs that have proven to be

successful, and have been implemented by several organizations and other educational institutions.
